I had an amazing experience at Roaster Coffee House! We tried their hot chocolate and mango latte, and both were absolutely delicious—perfectly crafted and full of flavor. A special shoutout to Jamaidac, who provided exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The Roasters Specialty Coffee house was a first time try for us and I have to say they did not disappoint. The vanilla latte was one of the best I've had. The dubai chocolate heart which was recommended by the host was absolutely delicious and I've tried the original. The staff is so welcoming attentive and friendly we highly recommend enjoying a nice coffee pit stop while shopping here. Special mention of Thiri, she was so sweet and made us feel so welcome. Thank you!

If you manage without coffee to survive the coffee hunting through the gigantic mall, you’re all set here!
The coffee does taste good, nothing to complain about. Service is also just as good, kind and smiling people. I’m not a huge fan of the location though, being in the mall. But hell it’s a much better option than conventional coffee places scattered all over!

Good day!

On the second of December I visited dubai mall with my family to celebrate my birthday, we had a fun time being there until we noticed Roasters we ordered the cheese cake and the ice cream with 24 carrot gold coffee our waiter named Mister bong he gave us a very happy time there and he was super kind towards us I would give more then five stars if I could the service AMAZING! even the, atmosphere was so comfortable I would visit again!
