This isn't a four star hotel, no wonder the reviews are hidden on booking.com
It's a red light area.
The rooms stink and are very old. Poor maintenance in the bathroom.
Breakfast is pathetic, and their 24hr restaurant doesn't offer even half the meals on the menu. Spend a little bit more and stay somewhere decent. This hotel is one star. Disco lounges and lots of men visiting the hotel.

- First of all customer service really needs improvement.
- Please teach reception staff to talk politely and in nice manner and do not remind the customer 100 times about sales tax to pay as one time is enough and customer will pay for sure.
- Especially reception either in evening or in morning staff needs real improvement of customer service and communication / language skills.
- Really frustrated with the service of staff.
- If you will book the room online via agoda / booking and it is clearly mentioned the city view but when you will reach hotel the staff will ask to pay extra amount for the city view rooms.
- Location is average - no metro stations near by.

Terrible Experience – Worst Service Ever!

I recently stayed at saffron boutique hotel, and it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've ever had. The reception lady was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of assisting guests with a welcoming attitude, she was rude, dismissive, and acted as if doing her job was a burden.

Even worse was the room boy, Javed from Bangladesh. His service was unacceptable—lazy, disrespectful, and completely lacking in professionalism. Instead of maintaining the room properly, he was careless and rude, making the stay even more unpleasant.

For a hotel that claims to offer good service, this was beyond disappointing. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value decent customer service. Management seriously needs to take action and train their staff properly!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and they made sure all my needs were taken care of.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the interior design is remarkable, providing a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and room service were all top-notch. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water and toiletries, which added to the overall experience.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The restaurant serves a variety of delicious dishes that cater to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of fresh and flavorful items to start the day right.

Everyone is very friendly & accommodating. Staff remembers our wants. The masala omelette is Michelin starred - delicious! The neighborhood has a great supermarket & very tasty inexpensive food & drinks. The rooftop open air shisha bar is hopping!
