Afternoon Tea at the world's only "7 star" hotel was an amazing experience. The approach to the Burj Al Arab is a treat with world class service every step of the way. Luxurious furnishings greet you as you enter the lobby and high end shops line the edge of the grand lobby area.

The tea starts with a glass of champagne or Gold Emotion which is perfect for those looking to avoid alcohol but also the most amazing glass of apple juice you will ever have. The gold leaf floating in your drink makes you even forget about the lack of alcohol.

You start with a savory course which each bite was a culinary masterpiece. The next round was the 8 different sweet treats in the tower. The pastry chef does an amazing job and while the balance is more sweet than savory you will enjoy each bite and rest assured there is more than enough food for even the hungriest of eaters. We had dinner scheduled only 4 hours later and that was a big mistake.

I suggest an early breakfast and later dinner to truly enjoy the food.

The views are great from all angles to see the city or the water. You can see the world islands or Palm Jumeirah from the comfortable seats.

A must for anyone seeking a great date experience, a ladies afternoon away or a mother daughter day.

i recently dined at Seventeen’s, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal. The menu offered a great variety, and everything we tried was delicious—especially the signature dish! The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. My fourth time to Dubai and I have never been so made sure I booked to go, and I am so glad I did!

From the guy at the door on entry/exit, the beeeautiful lobby, the lovely guy who escorted me to the lift, the lift and the view…then you get to the top, did I mention the view!!?! Stunning! The waiters were amazing; friendly, attentive, humorous! Honestly, cannot recommend enough! Yes, a bit more expensive than Fortnum and Mason, but worth it! Would have been nice to take the pastries I didn’t eat back to the hotel for the staff, but I guess what happens in the Burj, stays in the Burj!

Excellent day on my wife's birthday. The food was delicious and a beautiful view. My wife received a red rose and a delicious chocolate cake as a birthday present. The caviar was delicious. Beautiful place for a special occasion. It has valet parking.

The afternoon tea and the view are very good. But it’s a pity that they don’t allow you to pack up leftovers. This rule creates unnecessary food waste.
