I had the pleasure of visiting Elephants restaurant in Downtown Dubai at the Taj Hotel for an English brunch, and it was a fantastic experience! The place is lovely, cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the fish—it was so flavorful. The vibe of the restaurant was very nice, and the service provided by Singh was excellent. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful brunch experience!

Nice English pub setup with pure English as well as Indian fused dishes on the menu. The beers on tap were fresh and served well chilled. Vikas our waiter was great at his service and menu suggestions. The Pies with mash and gravy was just too good!

Easy access, the restaurant reception was empty. We had to wait to be seated. The restaurant interior is a bit dark. We had to request a different seat could not even see the menu. Happy hour was until 7 we got there before that but they did not even mention happy hour drinks. Nothing to start with on the house so we got nachos with pulled beef. Alot of drunken people especially the outside seating. I ordered pork belly. What a tiny little piece of pork. For not so little amount of money. That was disappointing, the roast beef could have been more for the price. Dessert was date and caramel pudding &  ice-cream that was lovely.. Food was good and tasty.The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is beautifully decorated. It was not a bad evening out.. Went out starving paid a massive bill went home starving.

Went for Saturday brunch and it was very good. Tasty food, great drinks and pretty good value for money. Nice place,too. However, like most Dubai bar/restaurants a round of drinks post-brunch, requires you to re-mortgage your home.

I would thoroughly recommend The Eloquent Elephant. It is perfect for someone looking for a sports bar & pub with a great atmosphere. The food is great and so is the drinks selection but most importantly so is the service. Joshua, Vikas and Shekhar were all extremely hospitable and their friendly and welcoming nature is what made me return on multiple occasions. A great spot in Downtown Dubai!
