Great spot for an after-beach walk meal or just when you're around the area. They serve a good breakfast, heavily focused on eggs, which is perfect if that's your thing! Personally, I think they could improve the coffee flavor, but the rest of the menu is solid. The ambiance is lovely and relaxed, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I’d love to see more variety in the food options, but what they offer is tasty.

We had the Cesar Wrap, Eggs & Bacon, and an Acai Bowl – all delicious and filling. The prices are a bit on the higher side.

Definitely recommend if you’re in Jumeirah and craving a laid-back breakfast spot!

I think they did some renovations, I remember the green facade with large letters that spell Leen’s from before, didn’t see them today.

There’s a small RTA parking lot right across the street but it was full on this Sunday in early November. We were lucky enough to get a spot though.

The interiors, sporting hardwood floors and a surf/beach motif, is nice. The surf shop makes use of the cafe real estate to display its products. There were flies on some of the tables which wasn’t ideal.

We were sat next to a surfboard storage/changing room, which felt strange but it was away from the flies so I didn’t really mind. In spite of the calm winds and low tides people kept coming for surfboards, again strange to me but what do I know I don’t surf.

We had the beef curry in bread bowl and an avocado toast with eggs. Curry was nice. Avo toast was mid. We drank coffee, it was okay. Prices are on par with non franchise Jumeira cafes. Service was speedy enough for a full house.

The place gradually really filled up by the time we asked for the bill. I wouldn’t recommend here for a nice quiet meal.

As for the surf gear, you can look them up online. I was looking for wetsuits and they had some okay ones, but I eventually bought mine elsewhere.

Amazing service. Our little girl is celiac and they have such a great variety of GF options. The team (Prashant) overheard us talking about her birthday and he came out with a GF cake and candle and sung happy birthday. It made me quite emotional as most places it’s so hard to get any options and here they go above and beyond.

Had a wonderful experience at the surf cafe.The atmosphere is relaxed and Samer provided excellent service - super friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed.

A group of three and we ordered:

Green Juice 8/10 Good

Wild Mushroom Gyoza 8/10 OK tasting dumplings, I'd expect at least 8pcs for this price tag.

Chicken Taco 6/10 bit on the sweeter side, have had way better.

The Hangry Slider 9/10 these burgers were out of the world and made up for everything else I'd say. Excellent tasting patty, cheese and sauces with a fluffy bun. Will repeat for these alone.

Quinoa and Walnut Salad 8/10 perfect balance of fruits and veggies.

Chicken Milanese 7/10 beautiful presentation with lots of greens on top but not met expectations and VFM.

Beef Donburi 8/10 tasted really very good, close to Japanese  tepanyaki with rice, marinated veggies and tender beef chunks.

Service was top notch, our server Prashant helped us sit, made recommendations and kept a check on us. All right they are at a good location and have good staff and everything but I feel I could get more value for money, cause ultimately we are after food aren't we?
