A great experience in the heart of Dubai Marina. Friendly and professional staff at all stages of the day, on time schedule and well organised. You will check in at Dubai Marina Mall, where their office is located on the 2nd floor parking opposite Waitrose. From here you are taken by mini bus to the launch site which is just a 5-10 minute drive. Once you reach the top you have time to admire the view and take some pictures before being suited up and you’re ready to go in less than 10 minutes. The ride itself is comfortable, completely safe and gives you stunning views of the marina as you pass over the water back to Dubai Marina Mall. All photos and videos are included in the price and were available in less than 48 hours after the experience. The price is slightly higher than the Zipline at Ras Al Khaimar, however it was a great experience and I would recommend. If you return for a second go, they offer a big discount for you.

The descent on the cable car from the roof of a skyscraper, incredible sensations, very beautiful view. I highly recommend it to those who love thrills.

It’s a nice experience but I cannot rate it anything over 3/5.

We experienced numerous issues. First of all, getting ahold of the company by phone was impossible. I called several times via WhatsApp, at different moments of the day, and the calls were ignored. Then I messaged via WhatsApp and the people in my party received conflicting information. Not only does this add to the confusion, it makes for a bad experience.

Then the check in was really rushed. We were given one or two minutes to look over the consent forms and pressured to sign things hurriedly.

The tiny lockers they provide are way too small for a backpack to fit, so you are left with the choice of leaving all your belonging behind or not going at all. Even though the had bigger lockers, they said they were “out of service” but then we heard someone say they were working but had their own stuff inside.

We got a bus ride to the launch point, which was very nice. But walking through dirty parking lots was far from ideal. It felt like a third-class experience, not the $$$ we paid. It was filthy and smelly. And then the stairs to go up had scratches and holes on the walls. Very ghetto.

The experience itself was nice. Amazing views.

When we arrived the end, there was no signage or directions to get back to the starting point to pick up the bags. So we had to walk around trying to find out way.

Overall, it’s not worth the money.

Amazing experience! A MUST if you are in Dubai! Very safe and cool ride. They register you in about 10 min, then you leave your things at locker. Then they take you to the top of the building and put on the zip line equipment. The video and pictures are included, and you can get an extra 360 video if you pay for it. The ride is very fun and you glide over the beautiful marina water, looking at all the tall buildings, boats and finally the restaurants in the mall. As soon as In finished the ride I wanted to go again!!!

It was a fantastic experience that could not be done anywhere. It was a little difficult to find the waiting area after parking, but all procedures at the waiting area were very fast and simple. The view of Dubai from the top was indescribably great, and the service of the staff, such as photography and video shooting. I could feel the meticulous consideration of the staff who calmed my nervousness with light jokes. If you want unforgettable memories with your lovers and family, I highly recommend you try Zip Line.
