Visited for the Brunch with friends. What a variety of dishes! Absolutely delicious. As a Pescatarian I was endlessly happy 😊.

I had dinner last night with my friend at Zuma Dubai. First of all, I would like to thank and appreciate them for allowing me to make a reservation, even though I informed them late, and they were able to find a table for two. Of course, Zuma has been one of my favorite fine dining restaurants for years and always satisfies our tastes.

Mr. Mehmet, who supervised our table, was a kind, polite, and always smiling gentleman. We were impressed by his kindness and personal attention. I also noticed that the service has greatly improved compared to previous visits.

I would also like to thank Ms. Elzat. Despite being the manager or supervisor, she personally came to our table to clean up after our meal and prepare for dessert. This shows the dedication of the staff and their hard work to satisfy the customer. She also inquired about our experience and the quality of the food, which I truly appreciated.

Of course, Zuma needs no introduction, and it remains one of our top choices.

I had the pleasure of dining here with a friend over the weekend, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. We were both impressed by the quality of the food—every dish was delicious. The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, but the highlight of the meal was definitely the chocolate tart. It had a rich, velvety center of melted chocolate that was simply divine. The service was attentive and friendly, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. I definitely suggest giving this place a try—you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back.

The behavior of the management staff was totally inappropriate and disrespectful. Before finishing our drinks we were asked very rudely to leave the restaurant area. I have been to Zuma restaurants in different countries . I have never seen such worst behavior towards guests in this country . Despite all the negative moments the food was Very tasty ! Well done to the chefs!

We had a very unpleasant experience at today. From the moment we were seated, it was obvious that the environment was not suitable for a peaceful meal. We were placed next to a large group who were extremely loud, yelling, and moving chairs around, disrupting everyone nearby.

We asked to be moved, and while the staff offered another table, it was near loud music, which didn’t improve the situation. The noise was pervasive throughout the restaurant. Despite multiple complaints from us and other tables, nothing meaningful was done to address the disturbance.

The most disappointing part of the experience was when we spoke to the manager. Rather than taking control of the situation, he simply apologized and said there was nothing he could do. Even after several warnings, the disruptive group continued their behavior, completely ruining our dining experience.

Considering the significant amount we paid for what we expected to be a premium experience, it was incredibly frustrating to hear that management couldn't resolve the issue. We left feeling deeply dissatisfied, and unfortunately, we have no intention of returning.
