Lets talk about this Michelin Star noodle bar, behind a wall in the back streets of DaNang. The Master Chef owner and chef, runs this restaurant from the kitchen. The rice noodles are freshly made and cut in house daily. The spring rolls are hand made in house. The simple menu and unique delicious noodle bowls to choose from. Fish, beef, chicken or veggie. Update: since discovering this place, I basically come here four times a week. It’s just exceptional quality that you can’t get anywhere else. If it’s not Michelin rated -it should be.

When you first enter, it’s so quaint, natural and homey. The flavors of the chicken My Quang were perfect. I love that the chicken didn’t have all the tiny bones. The service is great here too, everyone was so nice. I’ll be coming back more regularly.

This is the fancy My Quang, very popular among tourists, The location is a little bit outskirt of An Thuong, still walkable from there.

We ordered chicken and fish My Quang, both are very good. The Quang Noodle here is a lot wider than the majority local one, the meat is very good quality with good sauce too.

It's recommended for foreigners that is still not ready to try local one

The Fish Noodle was delicious and came with the necessary add on’s which they actually tell you how to use and eat the dish. However the portion was rather small for a grown man. Not a bad place to enjoy some out of the ordinary dishes. Can’t say much about the atmosphere as I went late afternoon and nobody was there.
The Vietnamese coffee was great.

What can I say, the mi Quang blew me away. The bowl of noodles was excellent quality, eyecatching and colourful. The broth complex and full of umami, noodles beautifully coated in the sauce. Beef was tender and tasty and the egg was nicely marinated and added richness. Could not fault it. Would happily eat this every day. The setting was peaceful, tranquil and you felt at peace.
