BỜM - Kitchen & Wine Bar is one of the most disappointing restaurants I've ever tried. The service and atmosphere were excellent but the food and presentation were below my expectations. The short rib was too sweet, the slider was too small, and the seafood medley was overcooked and had an unpleasant flavor. This restaurant was very disappointing for a place that has received a Michelin Plate award for the past two years.

Loan was my server and made sure that my experience was superb. I appreciated that each course was explained and described for the most enjoyment.

Fantastic restaurant, you can really feel (and taste!) the passion and the love for great Asian food here. The “pho” burger was very surprising in a good way, and I really loved the chicken mango curry and the yuzu brownie. Great staff and beautiful place as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stumbled on this place when going through Google Maps and have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Not a single dull dish, and the duck was phenomenal. Our waitress Oanh was lovely as well as the gentleman who served us this evening. Would definitely recommend if you're in HCM and looking for an upscale restaurant with a Vietnamese twist. Delicious!

Everything came to $155 AUD, including taxes. Notable mentions aside from the duck were the smoked scallops and octopus!
