Staff was instantly attentive. Menu comes with pictures making it so easy to order what I wanted. The Mix beef Pho was excellent and the best part was the plate of herbs that came with it. Soup was great but once the lime was squeezed into it? Excellent! The ingredients were fresh and not overcooked. My tummy was thoroughly happy I made the trip there for breakfast before my flight out. Can't wait to come back for more.

The Pho here is insanely good! I totally get why they got a Michelin nod. The bowl is massive, with super flavorful broth and delicious meatballs. They really don’t skimp on the meat either. Honestly, it might be the best Pho I've ever had. The place itself is split between two buildings, and the dining area feels a bit cramped and noisy—not really a spot to relax or enjoy the vibe. It's also not the prettiest. Tons of tourists come through, so it's pretty busy. But the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are totally fair. Definitely worth checking out!

What sets this restaurant apart from other pho spots is the unique way they serve their pho—in a hot stone bowl with raw beef and fresh noodles served separately. You add them to the boiling broth at your own pace, which makes for an interesting dining experience.

In terms of taste, the pho is more flavorful than others we've tried—perhaps a bit too flavorful for me. It had a strong seasoning profile that left me feeling thirsty afterward, which could be due to MSG.

Like Banh Mi in Saigon, pho can vary greatly depending on the place, making it hard to say which one is the best. Personally, while I enjoy flavorful food, I prefer dishes where the flavor comes naturally rather than from heavy seasoning. For pho, I lean toward a "cleaner" taste that feels refreshing and comforting.

Recommended for: This pho is a great choice for those who enjoy a more intensely flavored broth due to seasoning.

Wait time: We visited on a Saturday night around 7 pm and were seated right away as a party of three. The restaurant has offers plenty of seating - if the main location is full, the staff will happily seat you at the annexed space next door which looks newer (see photo).

Price: VND 105,000 for bowl #5 (beef shank, well-done flank, oxtail, and beef ribs), plus an additional VND 50,000 for a side of #27 (beef balls with soup).

Portion size: The serving was on the smaller side—one bowl is easy to finish.

Crowd: Mostly tourists (around 95%).

Great flavours, great fast service. Good prices. What a good pho should taste like. Meat portions on the low side. Great condiments. Loved the pickles shallots and pickled garlic.
