I’ve stayed at both the Reverie Hotel and Residential Suites, and they were outstanding. While the decor is a little over-the-top, the service, food, and facilities were exceptional. The breakfast is a highlight, offering a wide variety with especially delicious tropical fruits. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, it’s ideal for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Personally, I prefer the Residential Suites for the added space - it’s now my go-to place whenever I’m in Saigon. A huge thank you to the incredible staff!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Unforgettable Stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Reverie Saigon for just one night, and I wish it could have been longer! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that truly stood out. The staff were so kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.

My Deluxe Twin room was absolutely stunning—beautiful decor, a super comfortable bed, and an incredible view of the city. It felt like a little slice of luxury right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Every small detail, from the high-end amenities to the thoughtful touches in the room, made my stay extra special.

Booking through Agoda was smooth, it was well worth the experience. Even though I was only there for a short time, it left such a lasting impression. If you're looking for a place that combines elegance, comfort, and outstanding service, this is the one!

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Ho Chi Minh. 5 star quality. Food and beverage excellent (if a little expensive for Nam).
The rooms are superb with great bathrooms.
My only gripe was wanting to checkout a few hours later. They wanted to charge me 50% of my daily tariff! Nevermind, I just used their spa for a couple of hours.

One of the most luxurious hotels in the world. Five star service, central location, fabulous breakfast buffet with unique chef created options, huge magnificent rooms with Japanese toilets. You have to like sparkly decor, though…it’s not for everyone…some guests prefer a more understated look. Avoid the disappointing Italian restaurant.

I was treated like royalty by NGHIA at the Concierge, then at the breakfast buffet by NGAN, KHOA, THU & specially by THIEN who went above and beyond to have me try just about anything in the menu and their specialty dishes, at the concierge Lounge ANH was absolutely courteous and very accommodating  allowing me for a late check out always with a smile on his face!!
I can’t address this enough, good service is everything and these employee deserve recognition for their outstanding work!!    I already want to come back just to experience this again!!  The facilities are great, rooms comfortable, fantastic location!!
