The broth here is phenomenal. The beef is a tad bit chewy but the broth made up for it all. Myself and partner finished to the last drop of our bowls. Pho Huong Binh totally deserves their Michelins.

It's a Michelin-recommended restaurant, and my first impression was that it was clean and offered quick service. I ordered a large bowl of chicken pho; the broth was flavorful, with a pleasant balance of sweetness and saltiness. The chicken was tender, juicy, and boneless, making it easy to eat. I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

This place has really nice chicken broth with their chicken noodle soup. We ordered one chicken and one normal beef soup. In my opinion, the chicken one was way better. We also ordered it with the chicken breast - although I would recommend maybe getting it with thigh meat instead. The breast meat is quite tough.
