Impeccable dinner service here at Truffle Restaurant! High class from start to finish. The hostess Ms Alex was very gracious and friendly bringing us to the restaurant from the ground floor. She communicated clearly with us before our reservation as well, a nice touch. The French cuisine inspired by local ingredients was exquisite. My wife and I enjoyed two set menus, Elegance and Truffle, the undergrowth journey. Each course was exciting in their own way, perfect combination of textures, temperatures and flavours. Our server Mia was gracious and knowledgeable and we even got a visit from the chef after our meal. The atmosphere is obviously amazing given the view, but the restaurant does a good job with the decor as well. Cannot recommend Truffle Restaurant enough!

One of the best restaurants my wife and I have ever been to.

11/10 and this was the highlight of our trip to Ho Chi Minh.

Every dish was perfect.  Amazing textures + complex and exciting flavor combinations.

The dinner was paced well and the views were stunning.

When I asked for another mini baguette they baked us 4 fresh loaves to go with their butter and pate.

One of our best meals!
We arrived at the 73rd floor, Ms. Alex the  hostess of the restaurant seated us by the window where you can see the entire city.
And from that moment until the end of the meal, the staff never stopped for a moment and gave us wonderful service.

I had a wonderful evening! The food was not only beautifully presented but also quite impressive with harmonious flavors. I appreciated the thoughtful progression of each course, which provided a complete and wholesome flavor experience.
The service was the highlight for me. The staff's elegance and attention to detail were exceptional. The restaurant manager, our table friend Tam, and even the executive chef frequently visited to ensure we had the best time, carefully explaining and showcasing the art of culinary right before our eyes.
