An exceptional experience. The ambience feels like you've stepped into a classy French restaurant in Paris.

The staff are very attentive and observant.

For the piece de resistance, the meal is one of the best French dinners I've had. The meats are perfectly cooked. The sauces are so well prepared, glossy and sufficiently assertive without being overwhelming. The ratatouille (served with the Patagonia Tooth Fish) was melting, but still had a bit of structure to give an added dimension to the dish.

We will be back (probably during every visit to HCM).

It was one of my best culinary experiences ever! The atmosphere and the place were absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed everything of the food and loved the selection of wines! Especially the pigeon and the cheese plate were really stunning!
The chef Thierry Mounon is a real artist and I definitely come back!

Wow what a gastronomic experience. If you’re going to do French fine dining in Saigon then it has to be La Villa Restaurant, well worth getting to it. Excellent service but even better food, every dish was amazing, we chose from the A La carte menu & from start to finish pure excellence. Loved it

The fish and beef main course was just average.

we complained about a fly on the table and expected the waitress to do something when she was about to place a new set of cutlery on the table. She just smiled and walked away.

Atmosphere and decoration was good.
