A Michelin Guide spot. We visited at 11 AM, and despite the small, cramped seating, we were seated quickly. We ordered the special beef noodle soup and the Vietnamese stew noodle soup. It took about 10 minutes to get our food, but surprisingly, two tables that arrived after us were served first. The broth was rich and flavorful, though not exceptional compared to other pho places I’ve tried. The street-style atmosphere is lively, and the passing train adds a unique touch, but the tight space can feel uncomfortable during busy hours.

A small Phở restaurant with good northern style clearer and less intense soup.  I am used to and prefer the flavour of southern style, but this was still very good and the stock was flavourful.

It's quite a small restaurant with limited seating, and they were unable to fit our big group so we managed to have the food delivered to a nearby Cafe where we could also enjoy coffee.

One of only 19 restaurants in Vietnam with a Michelin star. Exceptionally fresh and tasty. The soup is made the traditional way in big pots right in front of you and you sit on small chairs like a true street food stall. Authentic experience, fabulous taste and very affordable price. Best Phở in Hà Nội in my opinion.

One note though: if you have the misfortune (like me) of hearing very high pitched sounds, sit outside. Cause inside is a very loud high pitched beep. None of my friends could hear it though, so this is irrelevant to most people.
