An unforgettable experience!
We embarked on the overnight tour, and it was simply magical. The Presidential Suite is stunning, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. The spacious private balcony provided the best, unobstructed vantage point to marvel at the mystical limestone karsts of Halong Bay.

The suite was the perfect retreat – we enjoyed a private dinner featuring exquisite Vietnamese delicacies (vegetarian options are available), all while watching the sun set in spectacular fashion.

To top off the day, we indulged in the most heavenly massage at the spa – pure bliss!

What made this experience truly exceptional was the warm, attentive, and incredibly professional crew. A heartfelt thank you for creating memories we’ll cherish forever!

Great experience! The staff was excellent and very kind with my family and my daughter or 2 years old!
The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a jacuzzi bath. We had a very well serviced and high quality food!
I can’t complain for anything!
I would suggest to do the 2 nights instead of 1 as it really worth to spend a bit of more time relaxing in the bay.

We had a pleasant day cruise with family. We availed of a room and it was clean and spacious. Food was great and activities were arranged well. The staff were friendly and helpful. John was very accommodating and kind. He made sure we were all comfortable and even suggested tours we can take to maximize our experience in Halong Bay.

I have NEVER written a review before but feel like I need to to save people from this cruise. From start to finish we were miserable. We felt like cattle being corralled around the entire time. The rooms were DISGUSTING with a LOT of mold growing in the shower. All of the walls were extremely dirty too. The whole place was so gross and the carpet needs to be replaced everywhere because it smelled terrible. The excursions sucked and would recommend everyone skip those. The food was not great either. We were happy when it was finally over. Seriously so gross.

Hopefully the trip could be better next time!

Service needs improvement from FNB culinary service staff! Treat people who paid their money for a holiday with respect.

Communication with the sales team needs to improve, booking a trip comes with expectation and receiving nothing near the experience is the worst feeling of all.

Thank you to the Bus driver, the Staff that was helping us board the small boats and cruise for being kind and helpful, to the tour guides and kitchen staff for such wonderful food, the food was so delicious!

Thanks to Christine the manager for attending to a nightmare of a morning on the cruise and resolving it gracefully, along with the staff that is doing their best!

At the end we enjoyed the rest of our day!
