At 12 midday today, Saturday 12th May, 2018 a friend and myself ordered 3 frozen cokes for kids and both adults had a large White Chocolate Moccha each. About an hour or so after drinking it we both became ill. We hadnt eaten or drank anything except the white chocolate mocchas. Which we ordered through the driveway and obviously had to wait in the waiting bay for some time. After a short time I started to get clammy and pale, shaky. My friend dropped me home as i also had pain in abdomen, nausea and felt like i was going to vomit at any time. She also told me she wasnt feeling well herself and felt shaky and like she was also feeling nausea and going to vomit. I rushed as fast as I could inside to both vomit and sit on toilet, with pain and diohhrea. This was totally not fun!! I tried to ring the Manager at the Milperra Road Store at Milperra to let them know something was drastically wrong with either the milk or the coffee machine had not been cleaned?!!!!! In the hope to save other people going thru what we have both gone thru since buying the 2 x lge white chocolate mocchas, however after 5 phone calls to the store I had to give up as phones were obviously off the hook as all I got each time I rang was the engaged signal. Not good McDonalds at all!! . Hence the review on this page. Neither my friend and her 3 children or myself will ever purchase anything from McDonalds ever again!! I hope other people havent suffered today like we have, you cant even ring to let them know.

Had the unfortunate experience of coming to this location. Since being in Australia from the US I have only had great experiences at the McDonalds as its my 5 years olds fav place. However today we came here for a party and so I order Espresso large.. pineapple and coconut break truly amazing. Then I ordered the truffle mayo and parmesan loaded fried large for $7 plus Which by the way I have had before.. I was upset that the topping was so little. I JUST PAID OVER $7 fir fries. When I asked for a refund immediately after receiving it the manager in duty Paityn said no. I asked if she was refusing to refund me for the fries and she said yea. I then asked for Store numbwr, her name and corporate number. She said id have to look up McDonalds number myself. WOW really.. great training and customer service Australia McDonald!!
