Staff are the rudest of any establishment I have ever encountered, we left there & went to Hero of Waterloo where you are always greeted warmly by amazing staff. We weren’t the only ones who left quickly. It may be a nice view but I’d rather be treated well & look at a brick wall than go there, don’t waste your time. If I was the owner or manager of Palisade, I’d be doing a staff overhaul promptly.

Had dinner here and it was very good. We haven't been for a while and the menu had changed a bit. The current menu is classic pub dishes. We enjoyed the chicken burger and loaded nachos, both were very nice and not overpriced. Beer and wine selection is also very good, featuring a lot of Australian beers and a mix of European and Australian wine. It's always popular so book to be certain.

I highly recommend Hotel Palisade! Every aspect of my experience has been truly wonderful! The booking process with both Dominic & Chris… so helpful and super friendly to deal with! Jackson… Jordan (?!) helping with holding bags until check in. All the bar staff are super lovely! Our room & the view were phenomenal. A delectable meal , cocktails & service upstairs at the Henry Deane just amazing! Ben was such a legend, so much fun & truly great service. We had the BEST time! Thank you all so so much! x

Hotel Palisade is hands down one of the best spots in Sydney, offering arguably the best views in the city! From its stunning vantage point, you get unbeatable sights of the Harbour Bridge and Barangaroo. Each level has its own unique vibe, whether you're after a cozy corner or a lively atmosphere. The drinks are always top-notch, and the food is just as impressive. It's easily one of my favorite places to visit in Sydney—perfect for catching up with friends, celebrating, or just soaking in the incredible scenery. A must-visit

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the rooftop bar at Hotel Palisade, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly service that set the tone for the entire evening. Special thanks to the bar manager, Valentina, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

The views are truly breathtaking – you can take in the stunning panorama of Sydney Harbour while enjoying a drink. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to stay for hours. The food was just as impressive. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, complementing the vibrant atmosphere of the rooftop.

The service was impeccable throughout the night, and Valentina’s attention to detail and passion for creating a welcoming environment really shone through. Her team made sure we were well looked after, making the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.

If you're looking for a perfect blend of excellent food, great drinks, and an unbeatable view, Hotel Palisade’s rooftop bar is a must-visit. Thank you again to Valentina and the wonderful staff for making our night truly special!
