One of the most vibrant places in Sydney downtown parallel to George street. The place is always buzzling particularly in the late evenings into the night. Went once late evening and could not enter as was a long waiting queue. Tried it out early afternoon and had a nice happy hour drink. The place is reasonably big with many tables seating 2-3 and although early afternoon was full of people. The mix of crowd was super nice with many young men and women. Had a nice experience overall. You need to get to order the drink on the bar an pay and can be quite a bit of wait anyways otherwise good service.

This is a vibrant jazz underground bar in the heart of Sydney. They have a really cool cozy dim atmosphere. The ambiance and the concept are unique. They have live band with great music from 9pm.

We had some sticky pudding and fish fingers and onion rings for snacks.

The cocktails that we had were all enjoyable . I believe our favourite was the banana cobbler, which is Fino Sherry, banana, dill and lime. The lychee martini was my second favourite.
Two of our friends ordered the non alcoholic cocktails
- Triple Green : Apple, pandam, spice , soda, NOn Wine
- Faluda : coconut, citrus, cranberry, botanicals
Both tasted great too.

Came here for their happy hours for the first time, it's quite a dim and cozy place to experience their cocktails on the cheaper price while you're there early! Service is fast when you've got their attention.

Even when we got there around 4:45, the place was nearly filled at the front and along the bar too. Lots of seats at the back were still available however everyone would take advantage of interacting with the bartenders up front. Tried their banana cobbler, lychee martini, caiprioska.  Thanks for the drinks Caterpillar!

Food was good and vibes were great, but not worth the price or the lineup. Wait until the hype has calmed down. Fun place for a small group but not ideal for a larger group, way too noisy. It's also annoying having to order at the bar behind sitting patrons rather than table service. Also, note limited phone reception once you're inside.

One of my favorite bars in Sydney. It is popular and queues can be long, so timing your visit is crucial. We like to go before a show at the Theatre Royal or after work drinks. The bar staff is amazing and I like sitting at the booth across the bar and watch them create the drinks. Even a simple glass of wine is prepared and served with care. The Tuna melt is a nice snack and the cheeseburger is a go to as well. Security is making sure that the bar doesn't get too crowded which is nice. Never had a bad experience and already looking forward to my next visit

Fantastisk service från Charlotte! Hon fyllde ingefärsölsglaset till brädden! Bästa puben i Sydney! Kommer att komma tillbaka nästa gång jag kommer till Australien jag älskade erfarenheten !

En sida ut från The Baxters Inn i Sydney, är denna bar turn nattklubb full av människor som vill ha en bra tid. Kön för att komma in sträckte sig ca 30 minuter och väl inne var det bekvämt nog som en bar tills de skapar dansgolvet och du scramble för att hitta ett annat bord vilket vi hade tur att göra. Drycker var rimligt prissatta och allt som allt en bra utekväll.

Jag grillade på Surleys sedan flera styva cocktails på Rosie Campbells, tog betalt på socker och behövde lite spänning för att avsluta en otrolig dag. Rosies kypare, en italienare via Sydamerika, drog in mig och viskade: "Caterpillar Club" Blev bara bortblåst. Jag gick in, gav garderoben lite överskottslast, sen rakt till pallarna framför DJ-båset. Ett liveband på scen och ett rum i vördnad för föreställningen. När bandet var klart dök DJ:n upp, och en bevy av skönheter laddade upp på dansgolvet. Helt enkelt - perfekt.
