Good cocktails with the harbor view
Excellent place to see the city and Opera from the top.
There are different liquors and wines and big variety of cocktails - signature ones are tasty and interesting. You can try unusual tastes combinations in your drink which you’ll be really surprised by. Some of cocktails are also unusually served.
There is a small, but good food menu (vegan options are also available) - perfect as an accompaniment to the cocktails or wine.
There inside and outside seating places - so, you can enjoy stars in the evening.

Awesome bar with a great view. The view is the absolute highlight, but the drinks and service was also excellent. Food is only ok, but you’re not coming here for the food. The only negative are exorbitant credit card fees, I do not expect to pay additional fees on an over $400 bill - you’d have got 5 stars without the extra fees! Definitely go for sunset to see the lights

Wow what stunning views! Very classy fitout and lovely atmosphere. Views everywhere you look. The food menu is small, it's more for snacks and food to eat whilst drinking. The cocktails were great with a bit of theatrics! Perfect place to start off the day with a few drinks with views or end the evening with a few night caps. Highly recommend and definitely book as it gets busy.

We had made a reservation for this place 1-2 months in advance. Since our time in Sydney was limited, we wanted to avoid any issues. However, it felt like we hadn't made a reservation at all, as if we just walked in from the street. They tried to seat us in a ridiculous spot in the back corner. When we objected, they checked our reservation date and then moved us to an available table in the front. The first impression was already off to a bad start.

The view from the venue was truly amazing – probably the only good thing about the place. There’s a per-person spending limit and a 2-hour time restriction. With just two cocktails, you already hit the limit, as cocktails start at 30 AUD. They don’t serve proper meals, only starter-style dishes, and the portions are ridiculously small for the prices.

I ordered two cocktails, “Opera House” and “Earth.” The "Earth" cocktail was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. The presentation was unique, but the taste didn’t match at all – even though the ingredients were typically ones I’d prefer.

On top of that, one of the staff members (a blonde woman) was incredibly rude. She didn’t even look at us while serving, practically tossing the plates and glasses onto the corner of the table. We had to arrange everything ourselves. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable in a place before.

Oh, and I had read reviews saying they pay attention to dress codes and don’t allow people wearing flip-flops. However, there was a man sitting at the table next to us wearing flip-flops and very casual clothing. It seems like they just pick and choose who to let in or how to treat people, perhaps based on appearances.

PLACE: This rooftop bar, situated in the Intercontinental Sydney, boasts the most breathtaking views! I celebrated both my Australian citizenship and a friend’s birthday here. It’s easily one of my favorite spots to unwind. The cocktails are fantastic, with “Earth and Gloom” being a personal favorite.

SERVICE: The customer service was commendable with no issues to report. However, it would be convenient if the booking system allowed guests to select their preferred seating location, whether indoors or outdoors. Overall, a great experience!
