Had an amazing experience a few weeks back at the Bentley Restaurant. We got the 7 course tasting menu . Every course was deliciousssssss!! Few courses are seasonal, so they can change. Overall very elegant. Thank you Amanda for being a generous host. Definitely a return to this venue will be in the works.

Had such a great night here celebrating my birthday. Highlights are the dry aged duck breast, the cod and the yellow peach dessert. Service here is flawless.

First dinner in Sydney for the weekend—a wonderful meal and an even better night! My favorite dish of the evening was the southern calamari. It was thinly sliced, incredibly fresh, and had a natural sweetness and creaminess that really stood out. The David Blackmore Wagyu oyster blade was cooked to perfection, melting in the mouth and utterly delightful. The service was impeccable—consistent, professional, and attentive throughout the night.

Went for a birthday treat and it certainly did deliver. On the pricey end but worth it as I didn't need another drop or bite afterwards. The wine tasting pairings were fantastic and the highlight has to be the Wagyu beef. I felt like being taken on a journey and the whole experience was brilliant and good space in dining area to not feel cramped at all. They accommodated the need to not have seafood for one of us but if you do like seafood it is certainly a better experience. All in all would recommend as it's all good quality food and not overly indulgent.

We decided on trying out the bar instead of the restaurant.  Its an interesting little place, just off The Fax bar.  I will say the seating for the bar, whilst typical (high seats) was not the most comfortable place to sit and I'm tall, so being shorter might even be more difficult.  More seating for the restaurant.

Loved seeing the kitchen staff working away.  We got there sort of early, before any food was available.  Think coming from Melbourne we're used to be able to eat 24/7.

Lovely French boy on the bar.  So helpful and sweet but sadly did not know what a French Martini was.  He was apologetic for the martini I did get.  Made up another more like that, pink and sweet so I was happy.

Food was out of this world.  Wow.  The rye bread rolls and cultured butter oh my.  We had two serves it was so good.  Probably ate way too much but all so good.
