To enter the bar you need to book beforehand and downstairs in the lobby there is a specific desk where someone will check your booking and then press on a code for you to go out the lifts.

The drink service is okay, it’s a bit slow but the drinks were nice.

For how intimate the places the music was quite loud and I found myself having to yell which did make it a little bit awkward. I’ll try to have a nice time with one of the person.

The views are fantastic and I’d recommend to go here once, but I can’t see myself coming back unless it’s to see it in the daytime

The place is beautiful. Loved the seats they gave us which is indoors and overlooking the harbour. We were celebrating a special occasion so we were not disappointed.
Had a little confusion with my canadian club drink but was addressed with no issues.
They charged $9 for a tiny serving of almonds. The paella was nice but $$$ which was expected for this premium place.
We just didn't like the rather abrupt way they inform you about when they need the tables.
But we got over that and just went around taking photos. Beautiful place and views.

Beautiful rooftop bar with million dollar view! Love the relax atmosphere. Staff were all nice and welcoming. It's worth to come during their happy hours. We had the oysters & lobster rolls, it was really good. My cocktail was refreshing, not too strong just what I feel like.
Better booked in advance to secure your seat.

We had an incredible experience at Cirq Bar at Crown. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—special mention to Rein, who went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. The highlight of the night was the stunning dry ice feature when serving our food, which added a unique and theatrical touch. And, of course, the breathtaking views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House made for a spectacular backdrop. A must-visit spot for great drinks, delicious food, and an unforgettable atmosphere!

Food was delicious! Favourites - wagyu croquets, scallops, duck empanadas. I was in expectantly surprised by the vegetarian paella too. Unfortunately service was poor as staff didn’t come by our table so by end of the night only 1 of us had 2 cocktails. Disappointing that some ingredients had ran out so we couldn’t try more.

Everyone seemed rushed and we struggled to wave a waiter down. Didn’t particularly want to stand up and go the bar constantly. It is table service though right? Wish we were given more attention as we were celebrating a friend’s birthday. She was so upset because she had high praises of CIRQ. Safe to say we won’t be returning or recommending. Maybe in a smaller group it might be better? Given all the raving reviews as well. Such an unfortunate experience.

Cirq föreslogs istället för att gå genom de miljontals människorna runt hamnen för att få en utsikt över operahuset under levande. Du måste antingen boka eller tigga i Cirq concierge på nivå 1 av Crown. Vi bad, kvinnan var mycket effektiv och nästa sak vi var på övervåningen. Utsikten är magnifik. Servicen var obefintlig i nästan 30 m, men vi hade ätit middag och drinkar någon annanstans så hade inget emot att bara sitta utanför och ta in utsikten. Filtar tillgängliga för den kyliga natten! När servitrisen kom runt (hon hade inte varit i vår are, hon var riktigt bra) fick vi några mycket trevliga drinkar. Musiken blev löjligt högljudd vid ett tillfälle, gav aldrig upp (och det är en drink / äta / visa / prata plats, inte dansklubb) och så åkte vi.

Jag har varit på CIRQ många gånger och jag är ALDRIG besviken. Om du inte vill spendera pengarna så gå inte. Servicen är utmärkt och utsikten är fantastisk! Är det billigt? Absolut inte! Är det värt pengarna du betalar? Det är ABSOLUT enligt ‘min’ åsikt. Det är min ‘gå till’ med speciella människor bara och om du har tur det kunde en speciell SPRITZER kväll.

Cirq - ett fantastiskt friluftsområde på 26: e våningen i Crowne Hotel med en fantastisk utsikt över Barangaroo, Harbour Bridge, Observatorium, Operahuset och hamnen och även Darling Harbour, Maritime Museum, Star Casino, ANZAC Bridge ... . . Bra val av cocktails.

Om du planerar en sen kvällsdrink, gå inte hit. De säger att baren stänger kl. 01.00, men vid EXAKT 12.00 fick vi höra sista drinken. Hade vi vetat tidigare skulle vi ha 7 gått någon annanstans. För mig är en bar som stänger kl 12 exakt det, baren stänger kl 12 . De låter dig dricka upp din drink sen går du. För att tillägga detta fick jag höra att jag inte kunde beställa en ny drink förrän den jag hade var slut. Är jag tillbaka i skolan? Jag är 60, det här har aldrig hänt förut. Vilket skämt. Om du vill bli behandlad som ett barn kanske det här är för dig, men vi kommer aldrig tillbaka.

Vi ringde först för att fråga om reservationer. Personalen i receptionen sa att det är fullt - bokat men gå - ins accepteras. Först närmade vi oss hissarna som indikerade Cirq var på 26: e våningen men det fanns ingen indikation på att du behövde ett liftkort för att komma till våningen. Sedan såg vi en dam bakom ett litet piedestalbord med Cirq på som berättade att det är fullbokat och att vi borde ha bokat, och att vänta 5 minuter innan hon “skickar upp oss” som vi antog använde liftkort. Hela utbytet inkluderade inte ett leende, iskallt, med noll kundservice som vi inte kunde föreställa oss var Crown Casino Hotel Hospitality! Vi kommer äntligen till golvet, det tar mer än 15 minuter för någon att ta vår beställning. Platsen är helt enkelt en semi - täckt tak - topp bar. Eftermiddagssolen gjorde området ganska varmt men inte tillräckligt med atmosfär för att kompensera för den obekväma värmen. Fantastisk utsikt över hamnen men det var det. Det var en DJ som spelade de senaste hitsen, kunder fyllde ungefär hälften av borden, massor av barpersonal gick runt. Vi var inte säkra på varför det tog en bokning för att sitta oss och varför det tog så lång tid att ta våra beställningar? ! Signaturcocktailarna vi beställde var goda men inte av denna värld. Vi är inte imponerade av att komma tillbaka. Synd, eftersom det finns så mycket potential och förväntningar för varumärket Crown.

Bra läge Joseph var en enastående ! ! ! Så välkomnande och vänlig och den andra gentlemannen med lockigt hår studerar sina herrar - mycket trevlig och vänlig. Mörkhårig dam i receptionen bestämt ovänlig och berättade för oss att vi kunde gå ut "på egen risk" som regn prognostiserades sedan kom ut och frågade "vem sa att du kunde komma ut?" Jag sa ”du” och hon sa sedan ”du kommer inte att serveras drinkar här ute” - par vid bordet bredvid hade drinkar? ? Mycket oförskämd och oprofessionell. Annars en mycket trevlig kväll

Jag och mina kollegor hade en fruktansvärd upplevelse på CIRQ Bar. En medlem av vår grupp var avstängd från att beställa drinkar, eftersom hon fick veta att hon var för berusad, vilket vi accepterade. Men 15 minuter senare blev vi kontaktade igen och ombads att lämna, utan någon ytterligare förklaring. Det fanns en enorm affär gjord av absolut ingenting. Personalen misskötte situationen helt och hållet och var enormt olämpliga och oprofessionella genomgående. För en plats av denna standard, förväntade jag mig mycket bättre. Det lämnade ett dåligt intryck på vad som borde ha varit en rolig utekväll. Definitivt kommer inte att återvända. Det är mycket tydligt från att läsa andra recensioner att ledningen verkligen behöver titta på att ta itu med den dåliga servicen på denna plats.

Fantastisk service, mat och dryck. Skulle definitivt rekommendera hummerrullarna och burratan! All mat och dryck var jättebra!

Jag vet inte varför betygen är så låga på det här stället. Vi gick för happy hour, det var bra priser med en fantastisk utsikt. Personalen var trevlig och ostron (singular) som jag beställde var utmärkt. Du behöver en bokning för att komma in.

Bokningar är nödvändiga för denna bar. Trots att vi hade en reservation vi var fortfarande tvungna att vänta i en kö. Servicen var extremt långsam - det tog 10 minuter att få en enkel drink inte ens en kinkig cocktail. Det verkade vara en bartender som gjorde alla drinkar och hällde upp drinkarna, så inte konstigt att det var en väntan. Det var extremt bullrigt. Att dra till sig serveringspersonalens uppmärksamhet var en bedrift. Synd människorna utanför på "terrassen" där det var mycket blåsigt och kallt - personalen producerade filtar för dem Det fanns ingen atmosfär eller känslor av komfort. Personalen verkade inte dra ut alla stopp för att få gästerna att känna sig värdefulla.
