We had lunch at Lotus Barangaroo and it was a great experience. The service was good throughout. Staff were attentive and everything arrived promptly which made for a smooth lunch.

The food was fantastic. Every dish we ordered was well prepared and full of flavour. The menu offers a good variety and the quality of ingredients was clear in each dish.

A highlight was the tea selection. We ordered a pot of jasmine tea which was excellent and paired really well with the meal.

Must have dish: The tri colour chicken dumplings. Beautifully presented with delicate wrappers and a well balanced filling they were the standout dish of our lunch.

Overall Lotus Barangaroo delivers excellent food, good service and a relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back

Had a nice time with family at Lotus Barangaroo. The staff are helpful, foods are delicious with a westernised presentation. The serving sizes are perfect for small family, which allows us to try more different dishes. Recommended dishes: beef short ribs, stir fried kales and mushrooms, and Peking duck pancakes.

Yeah, this place is good, really good.
We let the waiter make some recommendations and went with a selection of dumpling and the Barramundi, and we were definitely not disappointed. These are not your store bought dumplings that were defrosted and served, these were next level flavour! Prices vary according to the dish but for this location at Barangaroo, the price was very reasonable.
My only advice is book a table, because this place is popular and at the stroke of 12 it fills up fast.

Hands down the best restaurant experience of the year for us! Food was excellent, flavours provided the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and cooked to perfection. Brilliant service, reasonable price for a fine dining Barangaroo restaurant and beautiful location. Can’t fault it, we will be back!

Very westernised flavours, lacking in authentic flavours. The pork rice really required more pork to balance the over generous portion of rice in the dish. The entrees were nice and  green vegetables were spot on with crisp and softness. Atmosphere and ambience bustley.

Vi njöt av 9-rätters vinterbanketten igår kväll och blåstes bort från början till slut. Varje rätt var vackert utformad - balanserad, säsongsbetonad och full av smak. Från delikata dumplings till djärva, rejäla huvudrätter, menyn flöt enkelt och fortsatte att överraska oss med varje rätt. Vinparen matchades perfekt med menyn och lyfte varje rätt utan att övermanna den. Ett stort rop till den otroliga vintanten — hennes kunskap, energi och humor gjorde verkligen kvällen. Hon guidade oss inte bara genom parningen med lätthet, utan hon tog också med sig några fantastiska skämt till bordet bredvid oss, vilket slutade med att hon skapade en så rolig, gemensam känsla i rummet. Servicen överlag var felfri - uppmärksam, vänlig och sömlös. Vi kände oss omhändertagna utan att någonsin ha bråttom. Mellan maten, vinet och atmosfären var det en av de bästa matupplevelserna vi haft på länge. Rekommenderar starkt. .

OMG! Maten! Vi hade två förrätter att dela - kyckling och purjolök vårrullar och hummer, kammussla och bläckfisk bläck dumplings. Huvudsak: Barramundi/fisk med ingefära och schalottenlök, Master stock krispig fläskmage med thailändsk chilikola, - äpple och mynta. krabb- och räkstekt ris med ägg och flygfiskrom Mat $ 125 - ”Soave” italienskt vitt vin $ 90 . Gör dig själv en tjänst!

Gick ner från CBD för middag, utan reservation. Satt vid ett bord utanför. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Maten var utmärkt. Supergott. Vi älskade det alla. Skulle äta här igen och definitivt rekommendera!

Fantastisk mat och service! Denna restaurang är en favorit hos oss dit vi regelbundet går för en stor familjemiddag. Maten är underbar. Det är lite på den dyra sidan men väl värt det. Rekommenderar definitivt att göra en bokning så att du inte missar något. Skrik ut till vår servitör, Steve, som gick utöver för oss och gjorde vår upplevelse ännu bättre. Topprätter är ankpannkakor och kung Pao-kyckling.

Njutit grundligt av en bankettlunch med en grupp om 10 här nyligen. Detta var en fantastisk matupplevelse! Maten var utsökt och riklig, serverades i perfekt takt som underlättade bra samtal och garanterade full njutning av varje kurs som levererades till bordet. Vinerna var utmärkta liksom cocktails. Tjänsten var uppmärksam och välkomnande. Speciell uppmaning Livio för att ta hand om oss och gjorde den totala upplevelsen magnifik. Jag kommer definitivt att besöka Lotus många gånger i framtiden?

Vi hade klimpar till lunch under två dagar i rad. På dag ett gick vi till Lotus, på dag två hade vi yum cha i Chinatown. Lotus ligger i en förstklassig miljö vid Barangaroo vid vattnet. Maten är marginellt mer sofistikerad och detta och inställningen återspeglas i priset. Vi tyckte det var ganska dyrt. Klimparna låg i intervallet $ 16-24 per platta. Maten var god, tjänsten var vänlig men vi tyckte att det var dyrt för vad du får. Vår erfarenhet i Chinatown var helt annorlunda. Trångt, livligt, bra valuta för pengarna. Jag antar att det kommer till vilken typ av upplevelse du letar efter. Vi var glada över att vi valde Chinatown för vår familj yum cha lunch.
