I had an amazing stay at 57 Hotel! The location is central and perfect for exploring Sydney, and the staff were so welcoming – special thanks to Kieran for the map and tips! My room was clean, with a bathroom offering a great view. Loved the disco-themed lift and 24/7 coffee machine. Great value for money, especially for a solo traveler. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

I want to thank the excellent staff for their superior service during my 5 days in Sydney. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always at the ready. They seem to care and want visitors to this lovely city to have a truly special experience. A shout out to Bernadette and Kieran for going above and beyond over and over.

Our room was great and extremely quiet.
We slept so very well. Cheers to all for their hospitality and professionalism.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to its convenient location near my Sydney office, and my experiences have generally been positive. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a minor inconvenience that I felt was worth mentioning.

At around 8 PM, I called the reception to request some cutlery, but the receptionist asked me to come down to the reception to collect it, explaining that she was working alone at the time. While I understand that staffing levels might vary, it felt surprising that only one staff member was on duty during the evening. I couldn't help but wonder how more complex or urgent guest requests would be handled under such circumstances.

This is not a major complaint, as the staff member was polite and professional, but I feel that having adequate staffing, even during nighttime, would enhance the guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Rooms: good, but it was a bit annoying that we needed to close the curtains when we used bathroom, as the partition between the room and bathroom was a transparent glass.

Service: you can grab a bite in the morning and a coffee for 24 hours at the ground floor.

Location: close to the central station. Amazing.

Value for money: reasonable.

Yes a very elegant hotel close to Central station on first impressions. The rooms are nice but not as elegant as the reception area.
Free coffee & cakes in the foyer all day and the reception staff are very efficient. All in all if you want to stay near Central station or the light rail, this is your best choice.
