The place had a really buzzing atmosphere, really pleasant experience even while waiting for seats. The barista even gave me some sample coffee from their taps, which were excellent.

Food and coffee were both incredible, one of the best I've had among many cafes in Sydney. Food offerings were pretty creative and the coffee really brought out the notes even with milk.

Service was also fantastic. Everyone was attended to regularly and nobody had to wait unattended for any extended period. Definitely a place to come back again.

The coffee, food, and service were all perfect. Absolutely the best coffee I’ve had in Sydney! It was so good that I even bought the beans. The staff’s explanation about the coffee made it even more enjoyable, and the food was amazing too. I highly recommend the eggs benedict and pasta! Thanks to the friendly staff, I had such a wonderful experience in Sydney.

Recently visited Single O in Surry Hills. We ordered an ice matcha latte, ice long black on tap and banana bread. Everything tasted amazing, it was one of the best matcha lattes I have ever tasted, it was creamy and a strong matcha flavour. The banana bread tasted great with espresso butter.

I do recommend avoiding lunch times because there may be some waiting time.

Best breakfast I have ever had and if you knew me that means a lot! Every bite seasoned perfectly and the flavours have been considered here! The coffee was sensational as well. We sat outside in the street but the vibe was cool and great to people watch. Cannot recommend enough!
