It is a little bit pricey for what you get but really appreciated the wide variety of Vegan options they had on the menu and the effort they had put into them! Everything was very well seasoned and tasty and they even had vegan feta on the toast and vegan coconut yogurt topper too go with the sweet potato.

If someone plunged into my dreams and pulled out the most satisfying food fantasy, Kitchen by Mike would be it.

This is exactly how food should be, lovingly prepared, wholesome and incredibly delicious.

I almost didn't get the bread, as it felt like too much, but I'm glad I did. It was incredible, super fresh and squidgy yet crunchy.

I even had the pleasure to meet the wonderful Mike, who serves at the counter. Thanks for the best lunch Mike. Better than Christmas!

The food was very tasty with lots of vegan options and they easily catered with a set menu for both a vegan and a creature eater.  The service was impeccable - the right amount of friendly,  attentive without being in our faces,  great recommendations.  Good selection of wines by the glass. What a fantastic place to spend a long evening eating too much delicious food!

Biggest fluffiest chewiest piece of warm sourdough fresh out of the oven I’ve ever had, perfectly paired with butter. Honestly they gotta give less cuz that was a massive appetiser lol. Salads were delicious and clean, loved the pulled pork in the cast iron skillet. We ended with dessert which were little pound cakes? One was gingerbread and the other was lemon icing, not too heavy.

Den värsta bacon och ägg roll jag någonsin haft. Jag trodde att betala över $ 20 för en rulle jag kunde förvänta mig något anständigt. Ägget var överkokt och kallt, baconet var inte tillräckligt tillagat (nästan rått). Mycket nedslående och främst för det pris de tar ut för det. .

Vi tittade alltid förbi för att ta en snabb bit mat eller kaffe här kan koppla av en stund. . Enkel åtkomst till allt i väntan på vårt nästa flyg, rätt plats för mig

Kom på lunch med arbetskollegor på en torsdag. Restaurangen är ljus och glad och personalen mycket välkomnande. Maten var genomsnittlig. Vi valde den fasta menyn som bestod av bröd, två proteiner, två sallader och tårta. Brödet var jättegott, kycklingrätten god men tonfisken var väldigt torr och en av salladerna var nästan bara gurka vilket inte är bra om man inte är ett fan av gurkor. Servicen var mycket bra med tanke på att det var mycket upptagen.

Vilket fynd. . färska läckra rätter med en vedeldad kokt betoning. . middag är lite annorlunda än lunch med en mer à la carte meny. Det är fortfarande, ok att dela.. vårt bord med tre delade två förrätter, två huvudrätter en sallad bröd. Höjdpunkter var den knapriga frasiga fläskfilén och den veganska Moussaka..smakade en god mocktail och resten hade Riesling. Längtar efter att prova lunch. Framför huset var hjälpsamma och effektiva.

Protein + 2 salladalternativ + dryck = $ 35. Inte billig, men bra kvalitet, rekommenderar starkt. Bästa rostad kyckling jag har haft på flera år!

Härlig personal, genomsnittlig mat. Mina döttrar bacon var under kokta och mina ägg var fortfarande rå. Med det sagt att killen vid bordet bredvid oss hade det perfekta baconet och ägget. Olycklig!

Bra professionellt beredda, dagliga färska sallader och stek. Briljant hem - bakat bröd. Inte den billigaste men kvaliteten är mycket bra.

Kitchen by Mike är en frisk andedräkt i Sydney CBD. Färsk, hälsosam, läcker och närande mat serveras av glad och hjälpsam personal. Den avslappnade atmosfären är en välkommen lättnad från livets liv i staden. Kaffe och bakverk är också första klass om du bara vill ha något mellan måltiderna (eller som en behandling efter en måltid). Om du arbetar i staden gör detta till ditt vanliga tillhåll - kommer du inte att bli ledsen.

Denna reinkarnation av Kitchen av Mike driver ett stort modernt utrymme på Bent street, vid Circular Quay-änden av staden. Kitchen by Mike är en del av rörelsen som lagar mat på vedeldad öppen eld, vilket verkar vara populärt i Sydney just nu. Tidigare Rockpool-kock Mike McEnearney leder köket här efter att ha stängt nr 1 Bent street tidigare i år. Kitchen by Mike är ett avslappnat matställe med en frukost- och lunchmatrestaurang och bordsserveringsmiddag. Maten är rustik men förfinad. De har ett hållbart fokus med lokala råvaror och hela livsmedel. Restaurangen har också en god drinkmeny att starta med produkter från alla australiska destillatörer, bryggerier och vingårdar. Vi funderade över vart vi ska gå och fann detta med en 50% mataffär via första bordet. Det innebär en bokningsavgift på $ 10, men stort värde ändå och ett bra sätt att utforska nya restauranger. Rabatten är begränsad till à la carte-matmenyn. Tjänsten är effektiv och delarna är anständiga, trots att servitrisen berättar att de bara är små delningsplattor. Maten är mycket väl förberedd. Kammusslor var enhälligt kvällens favoriträtt och rekommenderas starkt. Vanella stracciatella, serverad med sparris och vårterter (V, GF) är en fin lätt maträtt med färska smaker och stod ut i kontrast till den rikt smaksatta vedeldade matlagningen. Souffl visas som ett ständigt populärt menyalternativ på många restauranger vi sent har besökt. Denna två gånger kokta ost souffl var mycket bra och våra smakböcker tackade oss, men kanske inte midjan. Det finns gott om skaldjur på menyn, och den grillade sydliga bläckfisken, serverad på en spett med nduja (kryddig botad kött) bläckdressing och guanciale var snyggt förkolrat och mycket väl förberett, rikt och packat med smaker, så mycket att det till och med parades bra med rött vin. Träet rostade hela Eugowra-vaktlar med krispig hud, saftigt saftigt kött bröts med kvitten. Pannan stekte blåögda Trevalla med musslor och saffranbuljong och aioli toast var en bra maträtt. Buljongen var vacker och fisken smakade härlig trots att den var lite överkokt. Men detta är förståeligt med tanke på matlagningsmetoden. Vi har haft vår matupplevelse här. Väl värt ett besök, särskilt när du använder några rabatter.

Gick här till frukost. Gott om alternativ för veganer. Älskade vegetabiliska kraut och päron rubarb muffin. Crumpets och pannkaka smaker var något riktigt unikt. Tjänsten var ganska snabb och fräsch. Gott om plats för sittplatser. Behövde inte reservation för vår frukost klockan 9.

Hade en underbar middag med familjen den 8 juni innan vi vågade ut till Vivid. Vi var stamgäster på gamla Rosebery kök av Mike och denna plats var lika fantastiskt. Först tillbaka i år. Vackra sallader, underbara biff, fisk och kycklingledningar. Sourdough är det bästa jag har smakat överallt i världen. . Också farligt läckra desserter. Chokladmousse var fantastisk. .

Så jag trodde brödet var komplementärt tills jag fick höra vid checka ut dess $ 5 för en skiva bröd med vissa osaltat smör. Om jag fick en iggys roll med Pepe saya kanske det var bra med det, men brödet var inte det bästa även om det visade sig vara den bästa delen av måltiden. Kycklingen var mycket vanlig och lite över kokta och unflavoured. Den halva skivan av fuktiga Brussonspiraler var inte något att vara glada över. Jag fick två "sallader". Tabouli var ovanlig provsmakning och gick inte med den övergripande måltiden och squashen var fuktig och jag vet definitivt nu varför jag aldrig ser quash på någon meny! Den övergripande atmosfären var konstig. Ingen service. Line up vänta på bordet kan inte få drycker om du inte ställer upp igen. Kan inte få efterrätt om du inte ställer upp igen. $ 27 för en liten tallrik med mat och fuktig bröd (de lägger den på samma tallrik - förmodligen att fylla tallriken och sätta mindre sallad och protein). Skulle inte gå igen och skulle inte rekommendera.

Gick till nr 1 på en 50% rabatt på tidiga middagar special. Restaurangen hade en speciell meny för 50% specialen, som jag hittade udda och uppenbarligen låser dig ur en väsentlig del av menyn. Jag kommer inte ihåg att läsa detta i bokningsförhållandena och tyvärr finns det alltid en fångst, sett eller osynlig. Observera också att du inte får serveras bröd när du är på "billig". Min åsikt har alltid varit om du erbjuder en speciell, erbjuda det! Eller erbjuda inte något. Till maten. Det var utmärkt, alla val där värd god matstatus. Den mycket främjas hus gjorde sangria som vi försökte var bra men ingenstans nära värdet av en rejäl $ 20 per glas prislapp. Till slut fick de mig med sangriaen! Varje middag har sin svaghet!

Eklektisk mat med fantastisk service ledde till en stor framgång! Vi hade en blast och sammansmältning av välsmakande erbjudanden blandade med exceptionell service nöjde oss alla.
