Stayed for a couple of nights, room was very nice, great view from our balcony,  bed was comfortable,  had everything we needed including small kitchen, washer and dryer. Pool was a pleasant surprise and enjoyed using it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our first contact was Joseph, impeccable service thankyou. Perfect location, highly recommended.

The room is spacious and nicely planned out. There are a washer and dryer units, also a kitchen, dish washer and all necessities so it is very convenient. We enjoyed the location the most, only 2 minutes walk to bar/restaurant/shop (Queen Victoria market is beautiful) and cinema center. Would definitely book here. There are also indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 3rd floor.

Great location.
We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable.
A little disappointed with service though... had to ask 3 times for fresh towels, then old ones weren't collected... asked for fresh sheets (twice) mid week but didn't get them....

Enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect for access to shops, restaurants and inner city sight seeing via foot or public transport. Room was clean and comfortable, city view.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful..thanks Joseph for assisting us with our queries, great sense of humour and very kind.

Great hotel with a great location. The guest wifi wasn't working when I got here but they fixed it for me quickly after calling the service desk, and the rooms are pretty well insulated from noise and sunlight.

Having a suite instead of a single room with a bed is also super nice, I appreciate the extra space
