Opera Bar ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥near the Sydney Opera House is absolutely fantastic and a must-visit spot! The combination of the incredible views, great food, cold beer, and lively atmosphere makes it one of the best places to enjoy Sydney. The people here are friendly, and the vibe is always relaxed and enjoyable. 🤩🤩🤩

What’s great about Opera Bar is that you don’t need a reservation. It’s casual and easygoing – just find a table when one becomes available, sit down, and order your food and drinks. The simplicity of the setup makes it perfect for a spontaneous visit. The weather in Sydney often adds to the experience, with sunny skies and a pleasant breeze by the harbor.

The views are breathtaking, overlooking the iconic Sydney Opera House and the Harbor Bridge, making it the perfect spot to take stunning pictures and videos. The live music adds another layer of enjoyment, creating a vibrant and memorable atmosphere.

However, I’d advise against visiting on public holidays like National Day. The place gets overwhelmingly crowded, and the long waits might ruin your day. If you can, plan to visit during a quieter time to really soak in the beauty and enjoy the experience to the fullest.

All in all, Opera Bar is a fantastic spot to relax, enjoy great food and drinks, and take in some of the best views Sydney has to offer. Highly recommended!

Sydney’s most iconic venue for the sights, the food and drinks. Have been coming here for years for after work drinks, brunches but recently came with my nephew after a morning of sightseeing. Can be very family friendly. Self serve tables with QR codes where you can order and pay immediately for convenience. Enjoyed some fish and chips, sandwiches and a cold beer.

Amazing place to just sit here and gaze at the beautiful opera house. It was super crowded on a weekend but wasn’t uncomfortable. We had lots of booze and they were all good. Would recommend the ginger beer if you’re looking for something different and sweeter than a regular beer. Even had a live band!

It was truly wonderful and highly recommended! The glass of wine and sweet potato fries we enjoyed together at Darling Harbour during sunset were perfect!
The atmosphere was lovely, and the weather was perfect, making it an unforgettable evening. My friend accidentally broke a wine glass, and the staff, Gilly (or Gillie), kindly asked if we were alright and ensured no one was hurt. He even brought us a new wine. Thanks to Gilly, we were able to end the day on a perfect note.

I’ll definitely visit again next time I'm in Sydney.
