Just a short walk to freshen up. You can plan the walk early in the morning watching the sunrise at any of the two beaches (because you can start from both places).
Things you can do along the journey:
1. Swim (other than these two beaches, there are lots of spots to swim)
2. Have a nice breakfast watching the view (you can take some food by yourself as you can’t find cafe or restaurant along the way

P.S I strongly suggest you go on that two hour walk for your physical as well as mental health.

It's a 6km walk starting and ending at the most popular beaches with an amazing view on the way. You come across many other beaches and the view is spectacular everywhere. It took us around 3-4 hours (we walked rather slow and stopped multiple times at different beaches for a few minutes). The walk also ends at a shopping street, so perfect to get lunch or dinner there.

This walk is as lovely and as easy and as pleasant as the other reviewers state.
Thus, this will be a surprisingly short review for me, because there’s nothing of note that previous reviewers have not already mentioned.
A beautiful walk. Incredible beaches along the way, but do note that some of the beaches may have some recent issues with jellyfish and/or pollution, which are detailed in other reviews. Excellent bathrooms along the way. Some beach stores and restaurants as well.

We actually happened to be there during the ‘sculptures by the sea’ exhibit. Wow. I would have to say exquisite! Even without the sculptures, I imagine this would be just a lovely walk, changing scenery, and sweet beach towns, what a pleasant day.

A great walk even for an overcast day. Sea breeze keeps you cool and there are a few water bottle filling stations along the way (and a couple of cafes). Parking at Bondi seafront is approximately $10 per hour with a 4 hour limit (at time of this review)

Such a fantastic walk, encountering each of the beautiful beaches along the way. Well kept pathways and some beautiful flora to take in along the way. We actually walked both ways and was able to take in various views that we missed the first distance.

Keep in mind there are a decent amount of stairs we encountered, but what goes up must come down right!!
