Good enough, lovely staff, beautiful atmosphere. They brought the food quickly and i love the speed. The only thing was the fresh juice. We got two different types and in both we think they taste too much ginger and too much bit roots.

Quite the delicious lunch today at The Boathouse. Was very busy, but food still came out very quick! I had the prawn roll which comes with chips. It was very fresh and tasty! A light sauce on the roll and some cucumber and carrots. The roll itself was very nice as well! Washed it down with a Balter XPA. A great meal! Price is what you would expect around the area - $32 for the prawn roll. Also a lovely spot to sit and eat right near Balmoral Beach. I would definitely go back again 😀

Right after we finished jumping off the pier, playing and swimming at Balmoral Beach we were hungry so we went to the Boat House.

I had a lemonade, a hot chocolate, pasta and a bowl of chips shared with my dad. My dad had a coffee (he said it was excellent).

Fries were so good and perfectly seasoned. Pasta was delicious.

Atmosphere was great - how can you say no to a view of the beach!

Definitely an easy 5 stars

Amazing food and location 😀 best tea ever, proper tea leaves, big teapot and you get to put the leaves in yourself. Also love that they didn’t serve frozen butter, was nice and soft. Turkish eggs were perfectly cooked

The location is great. The food is excellent. Service is ok as it was a little slow! The ambience is good but polluted with noisy crowds. Overall an experience I would strongly recommend and not one to be missed. Thanks to my son and grandchildren for such a lovely experience
