Staff especially the male in the front desk was very helpful and had great customer service. He presented the hotel very well and made me feel welcomed. The other women staff working in the morning in the front desk did not look very friendly to approach. The hotel is an outstanding lovely hotel. The guy at front desk always helped and was always reassuring making sure if the room I booked was free to check in. I had not slept for three days so watching the customer service behind the front desk work was something I paid very big attention to. The cleaners at the hotel were helpful 100% and also very nice. Overall rate is a 3 just because of customer service in the front desk. If it were not for the lovely male who looked after me I would have probably rate the hotel a customer service a 1. The room was outstanding nothing wrong with it. Maybe lack of storage to place clothes in the bedroom. But customer service indeed needs to be a key factor.

Loved this hotel! The room was lovely, the staff were friendly. The bed was so comfy and they had t2. Loved the toiletries as well. It was very loud at night though, you could hear when someone flushed or your neighbor went in and out at random times during the night. But apart from that, i would come back. I do think the bath robes were a bit too worn but that didn't ruin my experience. Would stay here again.

Fantastic customer service by the staff at the front desk! Very friendly professional and welcoming, 🌟as we were describing our trip to and back from the twelve apostles and that we were exhausted, they surprised us with a complimentary late checkout offer!! Which we thought it was very lovely from the young man there.
Hotel has a nice relaxing/calming feeling to it..and it's at a convenient location
Room was very lovely with two balconies over looking the river/water, good quality toiletries were  provided and robes.. we loved the decor and the art work that was displayed everywhere, very clean, mattress was a little over rated, but the whole experience was fantastic, we didn't need to park at the hotel as it was the weekend and we managed to find free parking right outside.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We stayed in the king executive suit. Not bad views from the balcony. The room was comfortable and well stocked bar except for the milk, they only supplied the little pods 2 p/person. I would expect better milk and non milk options normally at a full priced room. There was no free breakfast included of any description. The bed was beautiful and the pillows and bedding were perfect,  but no spare pillows. The room came with small robes but no slippers. The spa bath was fairly small and hard to get in and out of but still worked well and the toiletries were good quality. The art choice was interesting and although not to my liking was modern and striking think Alice in wonderland crossed with the scary painting from the movie It. However I loved the idea that guests can buy canvas kits and leave their own art to decorate the lobby and parking levels. Parking is not included in room costs so look to that in advance. Overall a very nice place but slightly over priced.

We stayed for 6 nights across a busy long weekend.  The front desk staff especially Brian were responsive and helpful. I was disappointed in the quality and timeliness of the daily room cleaning. We had to chase it up twice and for the expense of our stay felt it was a minimal service.  Apart from that, the hotel is in a fabulous location. The art is beautiful!
