We had a cocktail class for our bride to be's Hens day at Polly Bar and it was absolutely fantastic! Wonderful atmosphere, staff and layout. We loved having the platters and mingling time between making 3 different cocktails and also learning about some cool history and facts about the cocktails. Thanks again Team!!

I had an absolutely fabulous time at Polly Bar!! I attended a cocktail class, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The cocktails were delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend :)

We had a fantastic time at the Around the World Whisky tasting and Cigar smoking. Alan, you were a friendly and knowledgeable host. We highly recommend the Polly Bar.

Dim, romantic, classic broody, classy bar vibe. Definitely has a distinct vibe so you know you are "there", and perfectly set up for hens nights/date night or a work function. There is also a function room upstairs. I look forward to visiting again one day.

Limited food options but very tasty and well paired to the drinks.

A good variety of cocktails that look great and offer various flavour profiles.

We did the cocktail making class and enjoyed learning and making the drinks with our host Andi. She was fun, funny and knowledgeable, patient and helpful. You can snap a pic of the recipes too, to recreate at home. Priced at roughly $80 each, it's pretty reasonable for 3 cocktails, the antipasto platter and the experience. It can be difficult to get a booking though, and tends to clash with dinner time so you may need an early or late dinner.

I booked the cocktail class for my partners birthday with our friends. Thanks to Michael in helping to schedule this for us. We had such an amazing time and everything was perfect. Our instructor, Alan, was warm and accommodating and made sure we had the best experience. We also had a cigar and his recommendation was smooth! I’m glad I chose this experience and will surely be back with more friends.
