Excellent hotel with a world-class, 2 story spa.
Giant family suites, perfectly designed, clean and quite.
The only negative is that they run rooms  extremely hot with no thermostat control. Your only way to reduce the heat is to open windows.
While this isn't a ski in / out, it's a 2-3 minute walk to gondola (in gear).

Unfortunately google trying not share my experience without knowing the reason.. they claim its against there policy.. i had a bad experience with the hotel and im sharing it with the people what the effect on your policy from that ?

I’m sharing this with a heavy heart and a hope for more understanding in the future. We were full of excitement for our stay at The Secret Sölden, but a sudden snowstorm closed Munich Airport and our flights were cancelled. We were stuck, unable to make it to the hotel.

What really hit me hard was how much money we had poured into this trip, looking forward to luxury and relaxation. Yet, when we reached out to The Secret Sölden for support, they turned us down for any refund or compensation. This decision not only drained our pockets but also added so much stress to an already tense situation.

The whole ordeal took a toll on me, not just financially, but emotionally and physically. My health has taken a dip due to the stress. It’s disheartening to see a lack of human touch and understanding in such times of need, especially from a renowned hotel. I hope this story helps others in making informed decisions and highlights the importance of empathy and support in the hospitality industry.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful, breakfast was good, location was good as well. Service could be more friendly towards top tier customers. Paid a lot of money (€700 a night) and had a few remarks on small issues with dinner (food choice wise with half board) there is basically no choice in your meal. Also the tables for dinner aren't in a nice location, with no atmosphere, we felt like being shoved in a corner. These remakrs weren't resolved in a satisfactory manor which caused the whole experience there to be sub par for what you would expect paying this much. Also drinks were overpriced. If you want to be a top tier hotel with these kinds of prices your service need to be immaculate.  For this reason probably wouldn't go there again. But still had a good time there overall.

Outstanding vacation experience.
We, four people, stayed for 5 days in the brand new and wonderful designed retreat.
The hotel management team around Penelope did an amazing job to feel as welcomed by minute one.
Both cars got unloaded, welcome drinks fresh prepared and all set for an amazing holiday trip.
The hotel itself is furnished with a lot of design thinking and love for details.
Our rooms have been huge and I would always recommend to go for the Signature room, again.
The view from the hotel room as from the sky bar are wonderful. Needless to say that the sunny balcony is a perfect match to the open bar in the afternoon.
The hotel owned restaurant is an amazing experience as well. Not that often, that high expectations that pops up when you are in these retreats fit that extraordinary to the meals that are served...but at The Secret it's a perfect match that outperforms expectations.
We even got a handmade birthday cake as dessert for present...the details.
The service is just perfect. Kind, professional and pro active looking for opportunities to make your stay special.
