Best hotel ever! Every employee was helpful, spoke English, and was knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! I'd never had such a soft, buttery croissant. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Their shuttle to the airport was a great price, cheaper than Uber. The hotel let me keep my suitcase in a secured area when I checked out. The definition of hospitality is Hotel Wandl. The price during Christmas market season was unbeatable and the location of this hotel is perfect. I'll stay here again whenever I visit Vienna. Thank y'all for an amazing experience!

I liked the hotel’s location and breakfast was fine. While the room was quite compact, it was fine for me as I spent most of my time exploring the city. If you prefer a central location and don't mind a smaller room, this hotel is a great choice.

We just recently returned from a trip to Vienna and we stayed at the hotel Wandl.  From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.  It is a very lovely, warm and accommodating place to stay.  We loved our room with a view of St Peters Church.  It was just the perfect size for a couple.  The staff was amazing and very helpful.  The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had.  Excellent location to many sights and restaurants and close to several Christmas markets if traveling for that as well as for shopping.  My wife and I hope to once again return to Vienna in the future and we will stay right back at the Wandl.  We cannot wait to visit again.

Traveling to Vienna on an overnight train, we emailed the hotel at 3:30AM hoping to be able to check in early as our train ride was not going as expected and we were exhausted and sleep deprived.

When we arrived at 8AM, Julia H at reception was informed and ready, having read our email and with a room waiting. They got us in our room quickly and easily so we could rest up and enjoy the city!

Hotel Wandel Vienna is in an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk to the centre and the lively crowd. However, the rooms were quite small. they had what felt like half a bed and half a bathroom. That said, both were surprisingly very comfortable. The breakfast was good and delicious, and the check-in process was fast and easy. A convenient choice if you're looking for a central stay!"
