During our recent visit to Vienna, we had the pleasure of staying at the Rosewood Vienna, and I cannot say enough about how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived—despite checking in quite late—the staff greeted us warmly by name, instantly making us feel welcomed and valued.

The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They thoughtfully walked us to our room, introduced us to the amenities, and even surprised us with personalized notes that added such a thoughtful touch to our stay.

The concierge team was outstanding, helping us secure an incredible tour guide who made exploring Vienna unforgettable. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily access iconic landmarks, fantastic dining, and vibrant culture.

The food at the hotel was extraordinary, showcasing both local flavors and exquisite culinary craftsmanship. Every meal felt special, and the quality was consistently impressive.

While Vienna may have a reputation for its somewhat serious demeanor, the staff at Rosewood Vienna shattered that stereotype with their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality.

Absolutely great Hotel and excellent service and rooms are exceptional.
I have to say a few words about breakfast !
Rooftop serving buffet style and choose your own from menu selections.
Breakfast serving staff was amazing polite and fast and extremely helpful!
I’m a person who’s been in same industry in USA was totally impressed and Bravo for these young and energetic staff!🎉👏👏

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rosewood Vienna! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at home right away.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast experience. The restaurant staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and their kindness truly made my mornings special. And let’s talk about the French toast—it was simply the best I’ve ever had!

My room was spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a breathtaking view of the city. Waking up to such an exotic and picturesque scene was an unforgettable experience.

Without a doubt, when I visit Vienna again, Rosewood Vienna will be my first choice! I can’t wait to return.

The hotel’s location and our room were both very good, and the hotel staff was polite.  However, the hotel appeared overwhelmed and thus was unable to fulfill its basic functions.  For example, at dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, only 2 courses (out of a 5-course menu) were served within the first 3 hours of us being seated.  This would be a wonderful hotel, but first, the guest experience requires improvement.

Hotel location is perfect, I loved the staff. Everyone are so friendly. Only problem is the gym its super small and dark.
We had problem with AC and a very nice and kind middle eastern person at night helped to fix the problem. In overall, an amazing hotel with great and kind staff and very nice looking rooms. You can see it's a new hotel! Thank you !
