Hotel Ronacher is really amazing place to spend holidays with family and dog :-),they are pet friendly hotel. Service was very profesional. Food was delicious and Mrs Simone Ronacher with her team was the best we ever met in any hotel. ( we travel a lot) Specially Nikolett. She was perfect. Her attitude, her service and mood was allways amazing. We enjoyed every meal because of her 👍 Wellnes in hotel is also very nice, many types of sauna, thermal water and their SPA treatments was amazing. I tried ayurveda masage and facial cleansing masage. I recomend to spend holidays here. You will feel special in every way. I also apreciate personal atitude, small personal notes in the room and prifesional attitude of every staff which work here. Thank you dear family Ronacher and your team, we will definitely come back again.

My nice stay was ruined by a terrible departure. When I left very early to make an early flight there was no one at the desk and a sign in German which I don’t speak. Later that day I received a nasty email from the booking site saying I had departed without paying violating the hotels policy. The hotel simultaneously sent me a link to pay the €44 which I promptly completed. I mean, frankly if you don’t have 24 hour desk staff, take a credit card at check in or notify guests to pay the night before departure, instead of sending emails essentially accusing me of criminal behavior and reporting this to the booking company.

I absolutely love, love, love this hotel, and mostly - its staff.

We spent a weekend in the hotel, I gifted this to my partner for his Birthday, and yes, it was a treat. We stayed in the contemporary Junior Suite, and I loved it there. I'm big against carpets, so really appreciated oak wooden floors. What was a bit turn-off, were two duvets (this is our personal preference, we are used to sleep under one cover together, but I think in Austria is quite common to use two duvets, lol.), but to be fair, I didn't even ask at the reception whether there would be an option to change it for one, so this one is on me.

Because, here is what I learned in this hotel - if you're not 100% happy about something, the staff will do what's in their power to satisfy you.

For instance, they have this (for me slightly strange) concept of alternating the appetizers and desserts for the dinner buffet. This means that one day you get a bunch of appetizers from the buffet to choose from, but the next day, there are none, but you have like 20 kinds of desserts. This ticked me a bit, as I'm not a fan of sweets for night, and the portions "a la carte" are really "gourmet" which means - esthetic, but quite tiny. Without my appetizers, I was afraid to stay hungry. When I voiced this to the lovely lady overlooking the whole operations (I assume the owner herself), the waiter was sent to our table and offered anything extra to keep my need of proteins satisfied, lol. So yes, there might be things you won't like 100%, but address them. If they can assist you, they will.

Their saunas are wonderful, as well as their Thermal pools, and cold pool (for the after-sauna) treatment. Although a bigger complex (for Austrian standards), you still get this family hotel vibe. The staff knows their customers by their names, and from what I saw, many customers are coming back to the place regularly. For me, definitely recommending.

It was our third time at the Ronacher, but this time was special for us as it was the first as married couple.
We got a nice room, a kind birthday gift in the room and the usual kind spontaneous attitude of all the staff.
