A treat to celebrate Christmas. Although the price seems a little steep upfront, the food was delicious, with many extra small courses and a celebration of the produce. The service was very helpful and friendly, without the pretentiousness sometimes felt at other fine dining venues. Great support with wine selections. And topped off with a special view over Salzburg and surrounds.

Charming restaurant located in a hotel that was a former castle built in the 1300s. Exposed stone throughout the hotel and restaurant adds a nice touch. Restaurant has floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful Chihuly as the centerpiece. Did the four course tasting which came with four bits of amuse-bouche, bread and added dessert. Food was excellent – particularly the trout.

Hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Staff was more than friendly, and we were given 4 complimentary dishes; one of them being dessert. The atmosphere was beyond breathtaking, showing us the beauty of Salzburg. And above all, the food which was the tastiest food I’ve ever had. Despite the restaurants known wine selection, we got our food alcohol-free as requested which was wonderful. We were offered alcohol free wine as shown which was nice of them too. 100% recommended

We had high expectations after a lunch in 2019. But we were very disappointed on the vegan dinner now. We choose 6 courses and only 1 was very good, others not. If you ask Top Euro for a menu it should be very very exciting. The newish chef has a lot to learn with vegan food. The regular menu is maybe very good, but we did not eat that. Service was great and the winelist good.

Hands down the best gem in Salzburg! Elegant, high quality food, and the friendliest most competent staff, EVER!
If you have a special occasion or want to take a partner to a secluded gem with a gorgeous interior and view, The Glass Garden is absolutely what you’re looking for.
I was there for my 30th birthday and the staff were extremely friendly and surprised me with a cake and candle which made my day even more special!
I would recommend taking the Tasting menu with 8 course and pair it with a wine course, their wine picks are phenomenal!
You might think the portions are small in such places but they were very generous with the food you’ll actually leave with a full stomach! You can of course always go with À la carte or smaller course menu.
The prices are actually very good for what you are getting!
All in all, see you again for my next birthday. ♥️
