This is the second year I have stayed at Die Sonne and I'm already planning to come back next year. The service provided from the moment you arrive until the very last is exceptional. The rooms are well sized, well laid out, comfortable and kept immaculately clean. The food is fresh, abundant and there's lots of choice for even the fussiest of eaters. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel - it's a real treat to come back here after a day on the slopes and worth every penny. Thanks to all at Die Sonne and I look forward to being back next year.

Our recent stay at Hotel Die Sonne in Austria was nothing short of spectacular, and while the stunning alpine views, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch ski facilities all contributed to making this a trip to remember, it was two individuals in particular—Martina and Victor—that truly elevated our experience.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service at Hotel Die Sonne was above and beyond anything we’ve ever encountered. But it wasn’t just the general high standard of service that impressed us—it was the personal, attentive care provided by Martina and Victor that left a lasting impact.

Martina greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome at our first dinner. Throughout our stay, she was a constant presence at breakfast and dinner, and every time we saw her, she greeted us as if we were old friends. She had this remarkable ability to remember our preferences. There was never a moment when we felt neglected or rushed—Martina always seemed to know exactly when we needed a refill or when to check in, without ever interrupting our meal or conversation. What really stood out was his genuine enthusiasm for making sure we had the best dining experience possible.

Both Martina and Victor managed to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, which is something we’ve rarely experienced at any hotel, let alone a ski resort. They made us feel like VIPs, but in the most down-to-earth, welcoming way. It felt like they truly cared about making our stay as memorable and enjoyable as possible, and it was this level of personal attention that made our time at Hotel Die Sonne stand out from any other hotel we’ve stayed at.

The food at the hotel exceptional. From breakfast spreads that were perfect fuel for a day on the slopes to the indulgent multi-course dinners in the evenings, we were always impressed with the quality and variety of the food.
It’s hard to overstate how much of an impact these two wonderful individuals had on our experience. The luxury spa amenities and the quality of the all inclusive drinks list are just another reason to visit this wonderful hotel.

If you’re planning to visit Hotel Die Sonne, you’re in for a treat. The resort itself is a dream—comfortable, charming, and perfectly situated for skiing—but it’s all the staff from the reception staff to the servers to the cleaners and the shuttle bus staff. This hotel provided exceptional service and the team deserve serious credit with their ever attentive, friendly and happy approach. I couldn't fault any aspect of the stay and felt well looked after and very relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. An extra special mention to Paul and Cem who looked after us all week in the restaurant and bar.
The hotel is maintained to a fabulous standard and the spa was a treat for tired limbs after a hard day of skiing. The room we stayed in was modern and bright and very comfortable.
All in all, an excellent hotel and I will definitely be back.

A very nice and cozy Hotel, the service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and approachable. The effort put into the decoration of the hotel is visible at every step. The food is great!
