Ganz toller Kundenservice! Meine Salewa Jacke wurde binnen einer Woche perfekt repariert und mir kostenfrei wieder zugesandt. Finde es großartig, dass eine Reparatur so unkompliziert möglich war, sonst wird immer ausgetauscht, weggeworfen, fertig - so kann die Jacke dank der guten Qualität noch viele Jahre getragen werden, so sieht Nachhaltigkeit in der Praxis aus, top!

Really great customer service! My Salewa jacket was repaired perfectly within a week and sent back to me free of charge. I think it's great that a repair was so uncomplicated, otherwise it's always replaced, thrown away, done - so the jacket can be worn for many years thanks to the good quality, this is what sustainability looks like in practice, great!
