Great location, beautiful place, great ambiance, good food and excellent cocktails.
The service is lousy. From being ignored by 3 different staff members while waiting to be seated (as the sign says), to an exasperated man annoyed at having been interrupted by a patron, who finally motioned me to a seat. The waitress didn't seem to want to be there.
It's a shame and not at all like the friendly and excellent service at aiola upstairs.

Came here for breakfast. Ordered egg benedict and falafel.
1. Egg benedict was salty and wasn’t cooked properly. Normally egg white should be a bit firm and soft yolk inside. But here the egg white was soft and uncooked too. I’m surprised that the egg could hold itself together.
2. Falafel on the other hand was 1 single piece of Falafel with cut raw veggies on the side. So I bought 1 single felafel for 7€!!  I don’t know which country inspired you to serve felafel like this..
3. Very dirty floor!!! I mean come on you should mop your restaurant. The entire floor has black stains and pieces of maybe food stuck to it. Now I have to take my toddler to bath again. Because she sat on this nasty floor..

Visited for brunch and the food is very high quality. The portions are decent and the price is fair. It has a very nice atmosphere inside and outside. They have a variety of pastries and sweets, coffee with the option of lactose free milk or even plant-based.
I don’t give 5 stars because the service could definitely improve.

Nice place, but the service has room for improvement. They mixed up the menus with the breakfast order, checked if we are blind, and acted like that's normal. Also didn't have some items that the menu offered, and had to go back and forth with the orders. Overall it's not a big deal, but the place deserves better service or more staff.

We did not get to eat here, as after waiting for 10 minutes to be seated, while many of the staff walked in front of us serving the already seated guests, nobody paid any attention to us. We even called to one of(politely) and she looked at us and kept walking!
Very rude service.
