We would rate 6 stars if we could. We rented two e-bikes for a day, with a e-bike you can have a completely different overlook on Ischgl. 10/10 would recommend. It is really easy to rent the bikes. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the bikes are really well maintained.

Extremely recommended if you are looking for ski materials for renting in Ischgl!
I wanted to say thanks for the outstanding customer service! I dont know how it works in other shops but I had one of the best customer experiences ever had in my life and I am very grateful for that!

Possibly good store, bad bookkeeping.

I booked skis with this store, and noticed our group would arrive on the other side of town, so I cancelled my order. Fortunately, I had paid the cancellation fee, so I felt sure my payment would be reimbursed. However, my cancellation mail was completely ignored by Ischgl Rent, and in the late spring I discovered they had kept my 100-something euros. After the initial response of "we can't undo payments for the past season", I proposed various reasonable solutions, but got no further reaction from the store.
The store itself might be good, but the cancellation option is a scam. Don't expect any customer service.

Please do yourself a favor and do not use this rent service!! They are very uninterested and gave me two different shoe sizes which resulted in a very hard crash because the shoes did not fit propperly in the ski's. Further, I missed half of a privat lessen because the ski's needed to be adjusted. Their reaction on both matters; not our problem, we don't care. No compensation and even no sorry. Do not rent at any of the ischgl rent stores if you wish to come home safeley!!!!

I just returend from a summer MTB vacation.
Be aware of this shop!!!
They are unfair expensive and not very professional.
Some examples from our bike group:
- Seat post cable adjustment 20 EU (we had to return to readjust)
- Rear Disc Brake replacement 35 EU
- 20 EU for Shimano Pads G02A (Resin) (available 6.90 EU on the web)
- 15 EU for labor
- Disc Brake replacement (different bike)
- Replaced the front instead of the rear brake

In Samnaun another friend from the group replaced front and rear brakes for 24 EU (parts and labor).
