What?
What just happened at our table?
If you order soup, and give it to somebody else at your table because you don’t like it, you get called upon in front of the whole restaurant.
We went to 100’s of hotels. Never did we experience such a bad service.
Never again, this hotel is the first on our blacklist.

The Hotel is excellent; a few steps to the bus station will take you to the lifts, the indoor-outdoor pool and the spa are what you need after you return from the Ski, close to the main street, and large rooms. The breakfast and dinner are good, and the service is excellent. The receptionist will help you with what you need. I have been to Mayrhofen several times in different hotels; this one is the best value for money.

We had a great experience here in August. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast is superb, many options and prepared with lots of attention to detail. Good to know: Every room gets assigned a table for breakfast. We didn’t get that at first and thought they were all reserved. The spa has limited opening hours (16-20 o’clock), but was nonetheless not too crowded. We’d love to come back at some point!!

We stayed one week, ski holiday. Hotel is very close to the skibus stop, only a 100m walk. Ski lockers provide heating for skiboots, always a big +. Spacious room, nice bed. Delicious breakfast buffet and very nice 5-course dinner every evening. My wife has a food allergy, and they provided an alternative dish when necessary. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can only recommend this hotel. If we come back to Mayrhofen we'll book it again.

Great hotel, clean, renovated, modern, food was very good, staff was very friendly. Proximity to the city center and skibus made our stay perfect. One thing we did not like was the constant, very loud bells from the church next by. Starting very early in the morning.
