We had a fantastic time at this truly exceptional hotel. The ideal destination for a world-class spa experience in the best facilities I have ever seen. However, what makes this our favourite hotel is the service and attentive staff, across all functions in the hotel. Particularly Martina from Reservations and Markus, the Head Therapist, have made sure our stay was amazing. Massages here are a must-do and can also highly recommend attending a Qi Gong session. A few of our friends have stayed at the hotel on our recommendation and also loved it. We have already booked our third stay for August this year and are very much looking forward to it :)

The staff was very welcoming and polite. The rooms were very clean and had a fantastic view of the mountains. The food and service in the restaurant was very good and special. Fantastic location for hiking and skiing. I would recommend you to go for a holiday as the hot tubs were fantastic.

We had a wonderful time here! It was a short one-night stay but absolutely restful and lovely. The spa is to die for and the included dinner was absolutely delicious. The panorama sauna was a favorite. The breakfast I found a little confusing (there is not much on the buffet, you have to order even the cold small dishes) but if we had more time I'm sure we would have figured it out. It's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again!
