The property is very nice and has various amenities. Never seen such an amazing tennis court with such beautiful views. The food was also outstanding. The rooms could be nicer though.

I am absolutely outraged by the disgraceful treatment I received at the front desk. The Front Desk Manager, who shamefully refused to provide his name, demonstrated an appallingly rude and unprofessional attitude. After enjoying a wonderful dinner at the GASTHOF STANGLWIRT , I went to inquire about spa prices. When I asked to return to the restaurant afterward, he refused and insisted I walk back to my car, which was PARKED 200 METERS AWAY.

This forced me to walk through a snow blizzard, leaving me completely drenched, freezing, and furious by the time I reached my car. The sheer lack of empathy, hospitality, and basic decency from someone representing a so-called five-star hotel is beyond unacceptable.

This incident took place on Thursday, December 9th, at approximately 9:30 PM. While my dinner was exceptional, this disgraceful behavior by the front desk completely ruined my overall experience. Such treatment is utterly inexcusable, and I expected far better from an establishment of this caliber.

Amazing place, with huge spa area and amazing restaurants! perfect place for winter Holliday with friends and Family.
We forget in room jacket moncler in cupboard and until now we don’t have it back, and in check out day we was asking for it but cleaner didn’t report it was there,öö that a bit upsetting was, but I hope we still can have it back)

This resort is absolutely magical, better than any resort we've ever stayed at in any country from the Day Spa to the service and restaurants. Everything here was absolutely fantastic.

Definitely check out the horseback riding and the saunas and of course the incredible massage therapists. They even have a reflexologist here who was absolutely brilliant.
