This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had. The problems started at check-in: the reception staff was unprofessional and poorly trained. We were placed in a room without the amenities we booked (sofa, bathtub) and found it poorly cleaned—there were toothpaste stains in the bathroom, and an empty tissue box wasn’t thrown away. When we addressed this, we were told the guests in our reserved room extended their stay, and nothing could be done.

After a day, we were moved to another room, but it smelled like vomit and was just as poorly cleaned. The bathroom was in bad condition.

Each visit to reception was frustrating—the female staff treated us like we were inconveniencing them.

Breakfast was disappointing, with very few options, and the spa was unimpressive.

To make matters worse, at check-out, we were charged €300 for cleaning, claiming it was for vomit. After arguing, they admitted it was a mistake and removed the charge, but this added to the overall bad experience.

The only positives were the underground parking and two male receptionists who were professional, helpful, and friendly. If the entire staff worked like them, the hotel would leave a much better impression.

In conclusion, we cannot recommend this hotel due to the lack of professionalism, poor cleanliness, and substandard service. It’s not worth the cost or the stress.

The ambience of the hotel is fantastic as well as the service.
Below the hotel there are two clubs which are decent, but I’m more impressed by the pool and main floor.
My biggest critique are the standard rooms which had super thick blankets and the shower is in the bathtub which, for this price, shouldn’t be like this.
Nevertheless a good hotel in Ischgl.

Excellent Hotel! Extremely friendly staff! Great location! The beds were so heavenly it was like sleeping on a cloud. The Spa is really amazing! Warm enough to spend a decent time in the outside pool as well! Fun Infusion in the sauna 3times per afternoon was a nice surprise! David you rock!

Perfect location with great facilities such as Saunas and events to relax and enjoy your stay at the hotel. Service was positive especially with the insurance coverage assistance with an issue I was having while in Ischgl. For the most part kind service and helpful specifically the bars, restaurant staff and ski rental. Although the food portions and quality weren’t worth and up to its premium standards.

I love this place ! The hotel design is beautiful and the ambiance is amazing there ! Big + for their spa area. Getting a glass of wine in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by snow is just a magical moment.
