Great stay at Hotel Brigitte. We stayed for 4 nights as we were skiing in Ischgl. The staff were polite and helpful from the start to the very end. They helped us arrange our return taxi to Innsbruck airport and informed us straight away as our taxi time had changed. The rooms were clean and luxurious, they were also cleaned daily, the bathrooms had everything we needed (including great shower pressure). We had breakfast included and this was also amazing! The best thing perhaps were the views from this hotel! We had a balcony which looked upon the snowy mountains.

Location was perfect, close to the cable car to get to the skiing location. Overall 10/10 hotel, staff and location. Will be rebooking for our next skiing trip!

We spent 4 nights at the Brigitte Hotel. The hotel is "ski in" and located perfectly close to the city center. It is also a short walk from the hotel to the main gondola. The room was very modern and clean and larger than most hotel rooms. The hotel spa and pool are included in the price and make for a great after ski relaxation. The breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. Highly recommend.

We went to Hotel Brigitte in 2019, our last ski trip before Covid, and had a good experience so decided to go back in spring 2022.  Unfortunately this time around it was not what we had hoped for.

Let's start with the positive:
The check-in and out is smooth
Valet parking at no extra cost
The breakfast buffet is great
They are very well situated, just a short walk down the mountain or with the elevator to the centre of town, but just far enough away from the activity to not have any noise
Great ski room with a designated locker per hotel room
Matras was very comfy to sleep on
Good curtains that block out the light
Fridge was very quiet

However:
The room was large but dated
The separate toilet floor got very cold and that was unpleasant
There was not enough light in the room to see your clothes in the closet.
There was no king size bed that was promised to us, it was a twin bed pushed together. This is a general problem in Austria where hotels do not have one-matras double beds and they also always have two separate one-person blankets, not one big one for couples. It is an Austrian standard so not this hotel's fault but in my opinion it is time they updated this like the rest of the world.
Also they never have a thermostat in the rooms to maintain a certain temperature and here the room got very warm (yes, heaters were off) so we had to open the terrace door, but with freezing temperatures at night you can't leave anything open while you sleep or it will get too cold.
There were not enough sockets to charge our 2 phones and a tablet so we had to start unplugging lights behind the furniture (and that was already a problem).
No extra pillows in the closet
No "do not disturb" sign

The first day we went to breakfast there was no one to greet us so we  sat down somewhere and when finally a waiter showed up, he told us off for sitting there while we actually had a table foreseen in another part of the restaurant. The next day he apologised but kept hovering and was actually a bit creepy. The third day all was well with two waitresses who were perfectly charming.  The fourth day our table was not set and another waiter acted like it was our fault which triggered another round of apologies and it was all very awkward and we stopped going to breakfast after that.  It was just too stressful to deal with in the morning.

For a 424 euro per night room at a four star superior hotel, the standard of the room and the service were just not sufficient for us.

Comfortable hotel with a personal atmosphere!

A privately owned hotel where we felt welcome from the first moment.
Excellent gastronomy and spa. Very good service orientation of the entire team.

The price-performance ratio was very good. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and highly recommended.

The Room equipment: bathtub, shower, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, toiletries, toilet, balcony, Refrigerator, Safe, Desk, Seating Area, Mini Bar, Cable TV

Wellness of sauna, steam bath, herbal bath and swimming pool all there!

There is plenty of parking in the private garage of the hotel.

One of the best hotels in Ischgl that you should know!

Hotel Brigitte can not be called as a hotel but as a "second home", so it feels.

I can only recommend! Will love to come back! TOP!
