Beautiful Hotel, but Awful Service – A Stay Ruined by the Staff

Unfortunately, I have to say that our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Although the hotel is beautifully designed, the staff – from the reception to the waiters in the restaurant – completely ruined our experience. Everyone was arrogant and unpleasant, making us feel unwelcome the entire time.

One of the worst experiences was the staff’s unprofessionalism and unwillingness to help. We accidentally broke a glass, and even though we expected proper cleaning, the next day there were still glass shards on the floor. Such neglect of cleanliness is unacceptable in a luxury hotel.

Another major issue was our room. We booked a premium room, but we were given such a tiny space that we could barely move. Every premium room should have a table and chairs for enjoying coffee, but ours was missing them. When I called the reception and asked to change rooms because ours didn’t have what it was supposed to, the receptionist rudely told me that they wouldn’t change it. However, when I mentioned that I would write a review, suddenly they were able to switch our room – and we were given a beautiful, spacious room, exactly what we had paid for in the first place.

Although the hotel itself is stunning and well-designed, the staff completely ruined our stay. We will never return, and we certainly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay - the hotel is wonderful, especially the spa and the delicious restaurant. Our room was comfortable and clean and all the staff were great. We were skiing and found the hotel shuttle service very easy to use. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful rooms with stunning views.  Friendly staff.  AMAZING food! Fantastic pool. Only thing I would suggest is that the towels are updated they were small and felt a little old.  Other than that, perfect.

Shocking Lack of Cleanliness and Poor Service – Huge Disappointment

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. When we went to bed, I pulled back the blanket and found about 10 stray hairs in the bed that definitely weren’t mine. It was so unpleasant that I immediately threw all the pillows on the floor – and they remained there for the entire stay. The housekeeping staff never bothered to pick them up and just left them exactly where I had thrown them.

The overall room cleaning was terrible. Throughout our entire stay, they never properly cleaned the room, they only replaced the towels. In a hotel of this supposed standard, I expected much better housekeeping.

Another major disappointment was breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30, but by 9:00, they stopped replenishing the food. The selection was poor, and if you arrived a little later, there was almost nothing left to eat.

On top of that, the room lacked basic hygiene essentials that I would expect in a hotel of this level – such as cotton swabs or makeup remover pads. There was absolutely nothing extra provided, which only reinforced the overall poor experience.

Yes, the hotel looks nice, but what’s the point when cleanliness, staff, and service are absolutely terrible? Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this hotel and will never stay here again.

Disappointing Stay – Beautiful Hotel, but Terrible Staff

My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The design of the hotel is stunning, but the people working there are arrogant and unprofessional. The receptionist, Ms. Sijba, had blonde hair and was extremely rude and unpleasant. Even though I had already paid for my stay, she tried to make me pay again. When I showed her the invoice, she completely ignored it.

When I asked her to call her supervisor, she told me that she wasn’t afraid of her boss, but no one ever came. She kept repeating that I should sit down and refused to process my check-out. Her arrogant behavior completely ruined our stay, and because of her, I will never return to this hotel.

Another shocking issue was the poor level of cleanliness. For three days, we sat at the same table for meals, and no one cleaned it the entire time. Crumbs remained from morning until the next day, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

In the end, her colleague tried to resolve the situation. She processed our check-out, which we had to wait 20 minutes for, and apologized. Unfortunately, this did not change the overall negative impression of our stay.

A luxury hotel that treats its guests this way? This is unforgivable.
