We have stayed at the hotel and had a few small issues with noise from guests and room, but the manager and team have been incredibly kind and helpful, sorting things out promptly. (Very friendly staff).
It is a nice-looking hotel with nice size rooms and great views.
The waiting staff have been brilliant and the food is very pleasant.
A good selection at breakfast, which keeps you going for the day.
The hotel is well placed and comfy.
I would like to thank the manager for his kindness and friendly conversation.

We didn't stay here but did stop in after skiing for a drink.  Great location and beautiful bar and lobby.  Service was a bit slow but we did enjoy it!

Great hotel in the centre of Kitzbuhel.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, we planned to eat out one night despite being half-board however the food in the hotel was so good we had dinner every night in the hotel.

The staff are all really pleasant and helpful. Special mention to the restaurant staff who were really friendly and welcoming.

The only slight negative was that our room was very warm at night and there was no air conditioning. Leaving the balcony and window open helped a little bit but there wasn't much of a breeze during our stay. If you're visiting during summer months then I'd suggest taking a portable fan to plug in.

Overall, our stay was excellent and I would book again if we returned to Kitzbuhel.

Do not stay in this hotel if you are a group booking who like to have fun and on occasions have a bit of friendly banter with other like minded guests over dinner.
The old cantankerous owner doesn’t like you to have fun in his hotel and manipulates the timing of your food service depending on your noise level.
The guy needs a reality check, we are all paying guests. DO NOT TREAT US WORSE THAN YOUR DOG!!!

Nice hotel set in the center of the Kitzbühel very close to the old town.  Free parking either out the back or in the underground car park.  Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast!  Great bar area too. Great views of the town and mountains right outside of your room balcony. No air conditioning. but leaving the windows open kept the room pleasantly cool. Would imagine this hotel to be extremely popular during the Winter season, due to it's great location.
