Everything about this restaurant is perfect. The food was very tasty, the atmosphere is very cozy and festive around Christmas time (would highly recommend booking a table in the piano room for the added ambiance). I especially loved the desserts. Our waiter was really nice and efficient with the service, and went out of his way to make sure we got our desserts quickly. My only regret is that we ate here before an opera performance so we were too rushed to fully savor the experience, but I guess now I have an excuse to come back!

Reservations are a must-have, especially around a busy time like the holidays, as there was a sign on the door when we arrived stating that they were unable to take any walk-ins.

Start with savoury/ sweet pumpkin seeds and magazines is a really nice touch. Live piano music in the background. You cannot go wrong. Its all on perfection. Food is sublime. From host to Service, it is excellent. Nice Austrian vibe with the staffs wearing the traditional outfit

There are restaurants in Wien whose success comes from being popular on social media.

And then there's this restaurant which luckily avoided social popularity and is thus still enjoyable by regular folks.

The place is great, cozy, live piano on the background sets the tone for wonderful time.

The staff is excellent, friendly, super welcoming, and last but not least also funny. The waiters compliment you and make small jokes, but are also super professional in meeting your needs.

The food was excellent, and my wife said that the rauchfangkehrers ox pan was the best meat meal she's had in 2024, and we're Italian so our opinion counts double :P

The place is not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the food quality, place and service. You're free to choose to spend 5/10€s less elsewhere and get half the experience..

Decided to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday at this place. It was a random find and chose it because of the michelin rated sign posted in the front. Boy did we have a great dinner!

Except for a small mix up with the orders, the evening was incredible. Service was top notch, food was incredible, and ambiance was unique (the ambiance doesn’t exude “fine dining” but it easily unique).

Highly recommended the soup and the beef gratin!!!
