We sat in the cosy courtyard in back on a warm summer evening. The service was superb and the food well-sourced and wonderfully prepared. We had the tasting menu: an appetizer of chanterelles in aspic (wonderful and creative) then crayfish ravioli in lobster sauce followed by roast beef. After that there was blueberry sorbet to clear the palate.  Dessert was a light ice cream with praline sauce.  Service was friendly and prompt. Divine!

We dined here on New Year’s Eve (set menu) and it was the best meal of our trip to Vienna! Food, wine and service were all excellent!

Couple dinner, the food was outstanding as well as the service. I had a particular question about the savoury strudel and the chef went personally to the table to explain how he made it (it was delicious!). Only flaw, it was the smell from the kitchen that was really strong and impregnated our clothes - maybe it was a temporary issue with the aspiration system. Very good experience overall! Would love to come back!

Back in Vienna at our favourite restaurant for a wonderful lunch in the garden. A must visit dinner or lunch spot on the newly renovated Praterstrasse.in the 2nd District. Enjoy!

This place is well deserved for the Michelin recommendation. It’s a local gem different from those restaurants located in the touristy area, but easy to get there by U1. We love the ambience, a romantic tranquility with a yard. The food is great, ingredients are all freshly from local or other EU region. Wolfgang recommended us the mushroom from the daily special list, it’s heavenly delicious. My wife and I also ordered fresh water fish fillet and veal schnitzel, both are amazing. We will for sure come back again. Thank you Wolfgang for the detailed introduction of each dish’s ingredients and story behind it.
